à ma connaissance, c'est le seul restaurant à Bécancour (Gentilly) qui a un menu varié. Il y a beaucoup de variété (Pâtes, poulet, pizza, sous-marin, Souvlakis, ailes de poulet, etc.). De plus, il y a un choix d'environ 10 menus du jour qui sont offert de midi jusqu'à 20h00, et ce, à des prix très modiques. Le choix des menus du jour offerts, semblent changer à tous les moisLe service est très bon et pas prétentieux, comme souvent dans ce type de restaurant.

Ce petit resto, offre une gamme de menu varié a bon prix, le service est vraiment excellent, Il y a en pour tous les goûts et de plus nous pouvons apportez vin/bière ce qui donne un gros plus. Pizza, brochettes, steak, pâtes....Les week-end il y a possibilité pour le déjeuner. Le quartier est industriel mais la qualité et service sont extra.

Being region people and having lived in Montreal for years now, we always LOVE visiting Normandin every occasion we get. The food is always good and there is a ton of choice! Well we visited this particular location for the first time last spring. We were greeted and seated in a booth by the window. We then proceeded to see 3 waitresses take orders and serve people all around us, without ever even acknowledging us. We were trying to get their attention but it was like they were avoiding us on purpose. It was ridiculous and lasted over half an hour. Se we just got up and left to go visit a different location, where we were served in a timely manner. Too bad :(Hi ScotchAndSuites,We are sincerely sorry for this bad experience and we will take all possible actions to make sure similar situation is not happen again. The people working at this restaurant are so friendly. Although they stayed busy with local customers, they were extremely helpful to us (American tourists), offering great service. The pizza was good, and we didn't wait long for it. You can sit at the bar, in their very clean dining area, or take out.

My partner suggested this place after a long day of playing in a 10-hour pétanque tournament in a nearby town. We ordered the usual Québécois fare: pizza and fries. Of course it was good AND you get a lot for your money. I ordered a mini pizza and still had two slices leftover to take home. The mini pizza may look small, but it is packed with ingredients--I ordered the Greek pizza. And the fries came in a large plate bowl. The service was nice and friendly which made my experience there better--we spoke French.

Becancour, Quebec is a bedroom community of Trois Rivieres. When we arrived at our inn, we discovered that their bar and restaurant were closed on Mondays! So, where do we go? The young man suggested we try Pub Au Cochon Fume which was just down the street. It was a rainy day and we needed a comortable place to go. We were not disappointed! The staff were friendly, the food was great and it was unusually, we thought, so have so much British décor especially about the Beatles in the heartland of French speaking Canada.The only issue we had, was that they were very busy and as far as we could see there was only one waitress so service was slow.

We had wandered around Trois-Rivières taking in the views and stumbled across this place near to our hotel. An attractive frontage and an interesting and good value looking menu resulted in coming back later to eat for dinner. What a great place. Buzzing inside with a large restaurant area and lovely terrace at the rear where we got a table. The atmosphere was lively - just the sound of people enjoying good company and good food. Our waiter was first class, very helpful, enjoyed our broken French and was very friendly. We had a salmon pasta dish and and a prawn and scallop linguine. Our request for the green salad âon the sideâ was a bit of a surprise for the waiter who checked we wanted it â a la meme tempsâ as the mains. Both pasta dishes were excellent and the salad was a generous portion with an excellent dressing and included the smallest tomatoes I think I have ever seen! Altogether a great meal. Well done
