I am from Gaziantep from southeast part of Turkey. I do run my own restaurant in Ephesus-Selcuk since 1996. I am very proud of prepairing, cooking and servicing my Delicious kebabs to the people. Besides the grills I do have Antep Baklava as well.
Ate with a party of six. There was a fixed price with a number of different grill options. Price was very reasonable. Several of us had Adana kabab and it was as you would expect from Gaziantep--nice and spicy. Overall an enjoyable experience.
Small family run restaurant. Fabulous homecooked Turkish food. Lovely family
I wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary when my friends and I decided to stop by Ege for a light lunch of mezes in their charming outdoor courtyard. After all, it's located in the extremely touristy village of Sirince. However, the quality and variety of the mezes really amazed us. The stuffed squash blossoms and the nettle salad were among the simply but beautifully prepared dishes. The young manager (owner?) was very personable and helpful, and also passionate about food, When he found out we were foodies with a real interest in herbs and other local ingredients, he snipped several fresh herbs from their pots and brought them to our table for impromptu sniff tests. He also shared several recipes with us, and told us all about local pomegranate and grape extracts. What an unexpected and wonderful find this place was!
Recommended by our B&B host in Selcuk as one of his favorite local restaurants, we thoroughly enjoyed moussaka, dolmas and kebabs in a homey atmosphere. Friendly owner waits tables while his wife cooks and his cute dog surveys the streets through the windows. Seems this restaurant has been here quite a while. Menu states that they were award winners in 2002. Enjoy!

When you get there, you will feel like a special guest rather than a regular restaurant customer. Meet is amazing. Cooked slowly in an oven. Juicy and tasty. The place itself is also amazing. They have animals (rabbits, pigeons, chicks etc.). Great place to go there with kids.Recommend to whoever visit Åirince or selçuk.

This Kebab House had the best meze platter and mixed grill by far of other local restaurants and offered free apple tea. Nice service and quiet location somewhat off the beaten track. The price was very inexpensive for the large portions served. Would definitely eat there again.

Ayasoluk Restaurant serves fresh, local food in a beautiful setting. Our daily specials feature freshly caught Seabass from the Aegean Sea, or steak baked in the oven. Our set menu includes mezes, soup, salad, a starter, the main course and dessert. Or or
My Mom and I stayed in another small boutique place so doors down the road. We were looking for a place for dinner and we found Ayasoluk Restaurant accidentally, so we went there for dinner and we did not regret it. The view from the courtyard of Ayasoluk was beautiful, the patio with restaurant tables overlooking the mountains. The service in the restaurant was top notch and the food was very fresh and delicious. They also serve any alcoholic beverages as you want. I wanted something from Turkish food which was not on the menu and they prepared it for me anyway. After dinner, a couple of people who stayed in the hotel of Ayasoluk went to the patio swimming pool for a swim under the stars - very cool. The owner was very pleasant (and so were all people who worked there), and next day he showed it to me the rooms in his hotel, I saw a few, some are smaller (which is average for Turkey) but all seemed very comfortable and renovated. I also went to his store in the basement which has a large selection of jewellery and other Turkish goods. I bought two jewelry items that I did not see anywhere else and the price was very good in comparison to others.I would recommend this place and if I am in the area again, I will stay in this hotel.

Friendly restaurant with great food. The gentleman who came to see if we were enjoying our evening explained his wife is the cook. Excellent food - Aubergine Kebab, Chicken Kebab and Iman Bayaldi - each were delicious.
