Sono tornato dopo aver spesso frequentato il posto nella precedente gestione. Ho trovato un ambiente molto diverso che desidera puntare più sulla qualità della cucina e del servizio rispetto al precedente più impostato sul genere "trattoria casalinga". Devo dire che l'impressione è stata buona: buona la scelta dal menù, buona la preparazione degli alimenti con piatti della cucina regionale, buona la lista dei vini, buono il personale molto cordiale e gentile, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Se mi è concessa una osservazione (e un suggerimento) vista la scelta ambientale fatta dai proprietari, non sarebbe male dotare i tavoli se non proprio di una tovaglia ma almeno di una tovagleitta "all'americana" che eviterebbe di dare l'impressione di sedersi come al tavolo di un bar: è vero che non è stata caricata la voce "coperto" ma penso che pochi euro in più chiunque li pagherebbe. Curerei inoltre un pò meglio la grafica del menù e la sua presentazione (almeno uno ad ogni commensale!) Comunque un buon inizio che sicuramente migliorerà con il tempo.

We stayed here one night on the way home and we enjoyed our stay very much.Although we came for the Einhorn restaurant the rooms in the hotel, the garden, the sauna and especially the service of the staff we appreciated highly. The hotel price is very reasonable when compared with e.g. the center of Merano where we stayed in two hotels. From 15 to 17 hrs there is free tea and coffee with sweets. The breakfast in the morning is great, eggs in any form you wish, fruit, cakes, cheeses, meat, espresso/cappuccino, tea, juice, very complete! What made a nice surprise was that when we just finished our breakfast we got a small birthday cake (the staff had noticed from my passport that it was my birthday): it tasted delicious. The two star restaurant Einhorn is worth it's rating. Two menus to choose from (or the combination of both) and superb wines accompanying the dishes. We had an enjoyable evening.We will probably go back during our next holiday in the area.Dear guest,thank you that you take the time to write such a fantastic valuation about our hotel. Were there about 3 o'clock I know not the best time for lunch anyway the restaurant was really flexible. The restaurant has open all day long for food unless pizza till 3 o' clock anyway a bit past 3 o'clock I've got a great pizza with friendly and attentive staff. The other food as carpaccio, salad and mushroom goulash was fresh and tasty as well for a really good value. They also have a huge terrace. For sure we go back!

The Pizzeria Biwak is offering pizza of an amazing size, delicious as it could be! They have an awesome selection of all different kinds of pizza! Of course their menu is not only offering pizza! It includes antipasti, pasta, meat and fish dishes too!The service is very attentive and friendly, the beer is cold!!!Weâll be back!

we ate here one evening, during our visit to the advent market. Food was very good - I had an excellent Wiener Schnitzel with a generous salad from the salad buffet. Prices were reasonable compared to other places in Vipiteno, which is generally above average price-wise. Service was quick and pleasant, but the restaurant was not busy when we visited. It has an easy-going ambience and is situated off the main street. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mid-range restaurant.
