Enjoyed a birthday dinner here recently and the food was excellent. The hummus, fresh fattoush, Egyptian-style falafels with their crispy exterior, and sauces were addicting. The chef-recommended baked fish dish was wonderful, as was a lovely vegetable tagine. Recommended for solid Middle Eastern cuisine in a lovely spot.

One of the best places to go for Italian Food. A great variety on Italian Specialties. Whatever you like and order from Antipasti, Pizza, Pasta and great Meet dishes, to Sweets, Wine, Coffee and Grappa, you will never be disappointed. Great atmosphere like on a real Italian Piazza. One of the best steaks I have had in my 43 years of existence on this planet! The steak was presented on a slab of Himalayan salt, warmed by flames. First time I experienced this. Well matured steak and grilled to exact specifications! Wonderful ambience too! Friendly staff! Divine!

Birthday Lunch - Sunday 2nd Dec 2018Waiter - GeorgeWe were a party of 10 celebrating my sisters birthday, we had a table on the outside patio facing the play area. Our assigned waiter was George.1. George forgot to place the children's order even though we placed their orders first so that their food could come quickly.2. He mixed up our orders - We ordered the chicken kebab (kefta) and instead he brought lamb kebab and then instead of replacing the meal he brought a side plate with a few chicken pieces, We had asked for sauce on the side for our steaks, they came with mushroom sauce poured over.3. During a birthday waiters normally come together and bring the cake to the birthday person whilst singing happy birthday, George brought the cake and dumped it on the table, he didn't even bother to ask who the birthday person was so that at the very least he could place the cake where they were sitting.... as we left we found the other waiters lining up to sing happy birthday to another customer, we asked them why they hadn't sung for us and they said our waiter had not alerted them to their being a birthday at our table4. Despite the above we still tipped George who thought we couldn't count and had over paid, so instead of returning our balance as is standard (so that we could say keep the change) he made a hasty exit and that was the last we saw of him!He made what was meant to be a happy occasion, an irritating and bewildering experience. It's a shame that one employee can cause customers to never return, whilst we will eat here again it certainly wont be in the near future. Very disappointed.

Found this jewel from other Trip Advisor post. If you are ready for some fine Italian food after your safari, this is the place. Authentic spaghetti carbonara just like I remembered it in Roma. I usually don't like to eat at shopping centres/malls, but the fact that this place has an outside seating area makes you forget that you're in a mall. The ambience is really nice. The sangria and tapas dishes are excellent, and not too expensive for a place of its kind in Nairobi/Westlands. I've always enjoyed meeting friends here - we stay for hours, have some sangria, and the staff is never trying to rush us out or anything.The service is always quite attentive, and the happy hour deal is awesome - buy one get one sangria from 4pm to 7pm.The only downside is that they give you the itemized bill without the taxes included (except for the total of course), similar to how bills are presented in the US for example. So if you're with a big group and paying individually, it's probably best to either request separate checks or make sure you have a menu on hand to check and add up the exact prices of the items you've ordered.

This is large restaurant on the left of the main hotel so you don't need to go to the lobby. It has a wide menu and wine list but seemed overloaded with beef and pasta.We tried the ravioli with pesto. It was differently done coming as a single patty like serving which could be easily cut. The restaurant also has a large open balcony area for customers who prefer to sit out.The menu is beautifully designed. The restaurant offer only sea food. The menu is designed to help easy selection. Combo, single or platter options.The restaurant has sushi too. Service is very good and the staff well trained.Great place of a business meeting.

Awesome food set up and drinks.The food camein 15 minutes. We were a team of 14 people and food came in at the same time.Orders were not mixed up. Everyone got what they ordered.
