I went to Basilico Ristorante for dinner and had a wonderful time. The evening began with a very fine caipirinha and continued with a very good meal. I had lasagne and my partner had the garlic shrimp. Both meals were delicious. The staff was attentive and we had great fun with them even though there was the language barrier. I would definitely return.Cari amici, é stato un grande piacere ospitarvi nel nostro angolino d'Italia. In America ci sono molti ristoranti Italiani autentici ma adesso anche qui a Maceio si possono degustare le prelibatezze della mia amata terra: La Toscana. Grazie a presto Lory

We had to wait a long time. Then the servant got it wrong that we wanted to have one esfiha each, although we spoke fluently Portuguese.The drinks section was a disappointment: We ordered Pineapple with mint, but the pineapple was not fresh but frozen. An awful drink. In Brazil you can buy fresh pineapple at every street corner.As beer they only offered Heinecken. Brazil has so many good beers, why this awful choice ?Will we visit again ? I don't know.
