food was not bad but portion not what u expect from the price..certainly not on the cheaper side though but reasonable vs the area. service was good..it wasn't crowded when we went which was pretty late. tip: if u do go here..go for the seafood instead of other stuffs.

We visited the restaurant without making a reservation which initially seemed to be a problem. They eventually had a table in the garden area. When the vaitress came to take our order we asked for an English meny even though we had all conversation in English. Unfortunatly noone felt really comfortable speaking English. This became evident since our order come completey wrong and the service was absolutely non existing. Maybe this is because the waitresses are running during service and there is no time to care to understand you. As you might understand I would not recommend a visit.

Restaurant was recommended by our hotel and within short walk to center of town. Small with outdoor seating. Service was excellent and made us feel like we were special guests even though our first time. We had appetizer , wine and three entrees.........all were excellent and would highly recommend.

A very cozy little restaurant just outside Chiavari's city centre, next to the junction of the motorway. The emphasis is on (very fresh) seafood but there are other options (the menu is rather extensive). The food is delicious: traditional yet with a twist, and the presentation of the dishes is in line with their quality. The service is professional yet friendly. The couple (chef and wife) who runs the restaurant is very nice and passionate. We only had a glass of wine and did not explore the wine list, but it looked complete. Excellent price/quality ratio in the range of 35-55 euro per person, depending on menu choice and wine. Warmly recommended.Dear Alessandro,thank you very much for your opinion about our Restaurant. One of the best meals of our trip through Liguria. Rustic restaurant historically linked with fishing company, all family business. Wonderful, warm hospitality by just women, the freshest fish, great house wine from Cinque Terre, the fairest of prices. We hope to come back.

We booked a table on the recommendation of our hotel, Excelsior Palace, and we certainly wasn't disappointed. The views were spectacular, especially during sunset. The family that own and run the restaurant were so welcoming and the food was fantastic. One part of me wants it to remain a hidden gem so it doesn't lose its charm. The other part and rightly so wants everyone to know how good it is! A must if you're in the area. We will be back!

an amazing view with a great sea food choice and cusine is maybe the best way to spend a sunday lunch. the location is the key point of this restaurant. forniture are new and the the people is nice and warm, but obviously the most important point someone is looking in a restaurant is the food, isn't it? well, it is going to satisfy you for sure.being on a rock on the sea in front of portofino with sestri levante behind you the main characteristic of this restaurant is fish, cooked in the Liguria style, fresh and flavourful. definetly a place to try and then keep going.

It's a journey in the right pleasurable combination of fish dishes, meat if preferred, pasta, special cheese. I went there last week and was really satisfied. Try the raw fish, very fresh; try the specialty of Morone fish; try the home made tortino with vegetables and cheese; try the calamari with peperoni sauce. Don't miss the dessert !!! Wine was great, proposed by the owner, who is a real gentleman and a friendly person. The staff is prepared, smiling and always ready to answer your questions. Price really reasonable. We'll go back there !
