My one roll had scarcely any salmon. I ate a couple pieces before summoning my nice waiter. After 10 minutes and my family done their meals, I finish the remaining pieces. When we were done our meal, I reminded him of the issue. Five minutes later, he handed me the bill without saying a word. I was surprised then to see no price-adjustment of any kind. I questioned that, and he offered to bring over the manager, which I accepted.A male manager (M) politely shook my hand and I recounted for him what had transpired. Nearly everyone in business will tell you that it is easier to keep a customer than find a new one. And nearly any manager worth his/her salt will sacrifice a little something to make a customer feel appreciated. He did not, and in fact, thought the best approach to responding to a customer who just spent $200 USD for four people was to rattle off a list of excuses and assign blame to the customer. I was just struct by how someone paid to make customers feel good and to resolve issues turned out to be more disappointing in his handling than the original issue. A managerial trainee would have offered to pick up a drink, a dessert or a cup of coffee...something, M was more interested in being "right" than in righting a disappointing customer experience.With two more weeks on the island with many friends, a simple gesture would have brought us back at least two or three more times. Passing up on $500-$1000 in receipts for a $5-$10 gesture is simply bad business.

My wife and I ate here three times during our week-long stay at the Ritz. The service, food and presentation were all excellent! It was a bit pricey, but worth it. Sashimi was some of the best Iâve had, and the rolls were perfect. Canât say enough good things about this place!

No matter what day of the week you come, Kuboh and the Eatery is always a good time. During the week, relax in the spacious lounge of Kuboh with good music, good food (Asian fusion), great drinks, and many different flavours of shisha, if that is what you want. If you are looking for a change of pace, simply move over to the Eatery next door and you are greeted with a food court with many different types of food such as poke, crepes, burgers, Chinese food etc. With the substantial menus of Kuboh and the Eatery being completely different, there are almost too many choices. On the weekend, Kuboh transforms into a dance club with dancers and flashing lights, with a great party atmosphere. The Eatery remains open later on the weekend, acting as a sort of resting lounge where you can take a break from the party, and grab something nice to eat at the same time. This unique location located on the famous Seven Mile Beach strip is not to be missed. Highly recommended.
