pizzas in the punilla region are pretty dismal, with the exception of gusto, which only opened recently with a portenyo who trained in b.a. on hoe to do it right, and right by us he did do it. had our first four-cheese pizza, done in a faina dough (chickpea flour) at my request, due to grain intolerance. an amazing treat, and prices r still reasonable...don't miss-out!

Fuimos con mi novia por recomendación de gente de Cosquín y la verdad que comimos muy bien. El restaurante se encuentra en plena calle principal de la ciudad, a unas 3 cuadras de la plaza Propero Molina. El lugar cuanta con varias mesas y, tal vez, su mayor deficiencia sea la escases de mozos para atender a los comensales. En el restaurante encontramos menús de los más variados (pastas, pescado, mariscos y todo tipo de carnes) nosotros nos inclinamos por la Parrillada Nueve Lunas. Esta opción es bastante completa (cuenta con achuras, cerdo, cabrito y pollo) y lo importante es que se lo traen a uno todo junto y lo dejan en una fuente con brazas para que no se enfríe. La atención del personal es muy amable (aunque me quisieron cobrar de más, pero les advertí del error y me corrigieron la cuenta), una excelente opción para comer parrillada en Cosquín.

Fuí una noche de verano, el calor adentro era insoportable, la demora en traer la pizza (nada en especial) fue excesiva y cerveza tuve que aceptar una variedad que no era la que quería pero era la que tenían fría. No vuelvo más

Fuimos con mi familia la verdad que el helado es excelente! El dulce de leche el mas rico que tomé!!!!!! Tiene sabores originales y está muy lindo el local, me encantó como tiene escrito los sabores de los helados! El chico que atiende, muy atento, mi hija es celíaca y se tomó el trabajo de servirle de los tachos cerrados y en lavar la paleta para servir!

Good food at an excellent price and very nice owners at this simple trattoria co-located with a fresh pasta shop. Located one street off the main road leading through La Falda. Frequented by locals - best if you speak Spanish. Would definitely go back if we pass throught the area again.

A nice, cozy restaurant with good personalized attention in rustic surroundings. The food is generally very good, especially the pizzas and pasta, both of which are made on the premises. The menu is frequently changed so as to locally source the freshest produce. It offers a good wine selection, but is usually very busy, making a reservation necessary.

A nice, simple dinner of a shared pizza and salad made for a nice change from steak and potatoes in La Cumbre. The craft beer was served cold and was very nice. The arugula pizza was good, quality fresh ingredients and we were able to get a half-order (a half pizza) for half the price of the whole pizza which was just enough for us because we weren't that hungry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we had a great night at the Owl and hope to return.

First class service! Host, owner and chief cook and bottle washer, Claudio, speaks very good English and is super attentive. Presentation is superior and unexpected in this sleepy little town. Fantastic soup is on the menu. Hard to find in any Argentine restaurant. Unusual combinations of elements in sauces and all courses. Claudio's culinary creativity is so refreshing in a country where most choices on a menu are meat, pasta and not much else. His restaurant could easily thrive in New York with his mastery of fine dining in the relaxed, laid back atmosphere he has achieved in La Falda.
