Nothing to add which other reviews havenât already covered. An excellent restaurant serving top quality, authentic Italian food with a focus on fish (most of which is sourced from the Mediterranean I believe) and an impressive and reasonably priced wine list to match. Excellent service too. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Went here after reading other reviews and we weren't disappointed.Great choice of pizzas and friendly prompt service. The pizza was one of the best I've ever had.Dough and toppings were all amazing and not expensive either.We will definitely be back!

Feeling like eating pizza for dinner, we took a chance on a restaurant with an Italian name and were not disappointed. La Dolce Vita was just around the corner from where we stayed, Deevana Plaza. There were TripAdvisor certificates on display, and obviously well deserved. The pizza was a good size, plenty for the 2 of us.

Immediately greeted by the owner who was amazingly hospitable throughout the evening. Food was freshly made with quality ingredients and delicious. Great little spot just off the hustle and bustle of Patong road.

So its our first time here with the wife. and the food was ok nothing special. And a bit overpriced. We were greeted by a tattood man named ricardo. And he was a bit over friendly with the wife. Which i thought was a bit strange. As we sat there he kept on staring over which made me very uncomfortable so instead of complaining to management ive left this review. Maybe will try when we return but for now we wont be goong back.Dear Sir,Firstly I am really sorry you had this feeling when visiting Blue Mango however I must leap to the defense of Chef Riccardo as I honestly believe there has been some kind of mistake in communication. Riccardo would NEVER act in the way you have implied and I have not once had any comment of this nature at any of our properties. I have know him and his family for many years and both he and his wife are really upset at the comments in the review. I really wish you had requested to speak with myself or a manager as you say in your review rather than posting something on an open forum that can have a serious effect on somebody's private and personal life.I would hope in hindsight you will remove this review and if you are staying at the resort could maybe you pop in to see me or drop me a line and I give you my word I would put your mine at ease about Riccardo's character, you can see by many other reviews he is a really popular member of our team and well loved by our regular returning diners.Best Regards,David CruikshankDirector of Food & [email protected]

We really enjoyed our meals at the kitchen table. Staff were super friendly and treated us like royalty food was delicious, prices were very reasonable and the young fresh coconut juice was out of this world and beautifully presented.
