Very nice restaurant. Great place to bring a date for a relaxed atmosphere and good tasting steaks. It has 2 sections with a covered garden room in the entrance. This is highlighted by Christmas type lighting that hang down. Service was excellent. My t-bone steak was just a little tough, but not an inconvenience. Tender and juicy to enjoy. I had French Fries a la carte and grilled vegetables. About 8 pm, entertainment began with a one man singer and synthesized back up. Very accommodating to our needs as we were a large party with 4 kids under 3 years and baby carriages. Highly recommend for a romantic date that is near the walking area and park.

Basta Pasta is located in a large mall, quite far from the city center. What I liked:- food (splendid choice and good taste)- adorably decorated inteirerWhat I disliked:- if you're seeking for a seclusion with your s/o this is not the right place (noisy and crowded)- they need to hire more staff: they bring orders with some delay.Dear Mary S,We thankful that you have chosen our restaurant for you dining and review and happy that efforts of our team has been appreciated. Short version: food ok, prices reasonable, service very badLong version: We have been there with two persons. I ordered pasta and a soup, my girlfriend ordered beef medallions. The waiter didn't ask how the pasta should be cooked (al dente,...) or how the beef has to be (raw, medium,...). Pasta and soup came together after 15 min (ok), the beef took about one hour. The soup was quite cold. We asked several times about the beef and always got the answer - in 5 min. We would have left if we had know before that we had to wait an hour. The waiter never asked if we want to drink something, we always had to call him. Btw: Just three or four more people apart from us were in the restaurant - so it wasn't busy at all. Food quality was ok but nothing special. Prices are ok.Anyway: We will not go there again, there are many restaurants in Kherson with excellent food, fair prices and perfect service.

It is not just a cafe, but a full scale restaurant with amazing dishes, both main courses and deserts. Special point to make is the service- gentlemen are very professional, attentive, without unnecessary words or gestures. Great bartender as well- he can make any cocktail to your individual taste. Finally - interior design deserves honorable mention as a very âLviv cafeâ style.
