The reason this place is not in the upper ranking is: itâs quite new (just opened 9 months ago) and has so far only 13 reviews! My wife and I had a stop by while we were cycling. We both went for pasta.....and by god....it was one of the best pastas we ever had! The staff is very friendly and good at English. The prices are reasonable. Good value for awesome dishes. Itâs just a question of time they climb up in ranking.

This listed building with exposed beams and a large conservatory was a great find. This is an Italian restaurant with a difference - apart from the usual dishes which you expect to find there was a large selection of game. I went with a friend for Sunday lunch: her calves liver with fried onions and apples was voted a great success. I was delighted with wild boar steaks in a rich sauce, served with lentils and filled gnocchi.The service was friendly and efficient, the welome was friendly. We hadn't booked a table (next time we'll plan ahead) but they found us a small table in the conservatory. There was a fixed menu for less than 20 Euro. Our bill with two proseccos, a bottle of water and 2 coffees was 55 Euro. The portions are very generous and as a result we did not manage to sample the desserts (they did look tempting). The menu was varied, it was difficult to decide what to have - and every dish that was taken to other tables looked tempting. As a tribute to the game season there were a number of pasta dishes with game rather than mince.We would go back anytime, it was a lovely place for a leisurely lunch. We did no notice a reserved parking area but there is plenty of street parking close by.

I went for lunch and ate outside. The tables all have fresh flowers and the atmosphere was nice. My salad was good but maybe a little overpriced. I will go back.

Delicious Italian food. Family friendly. Vegetarian dishes available. We had the pesto gnocchi, grilled octopus and another pasta dish. Ample sized dishes fresh prepared m. Clean and low prices. â¬7 and up.

We arrived on Sunday with the small town like this, most of the restaurants are closed or gone for summer holiday. Normally for pizza, pasta and spaghetti can't go so wrong and our little one likes these anyway, so we go for this restaurant.The waitress tried to be hospitality but they barely speak English, we did order food and the food quality were fine (as how it should be) but we came with 3 persons and there was a table with 6 persons came later than us. They get food at the same time with us and they even get their bill earlier than us when we asked first. Basically that is OKAY but don't put high expectation for that.PS. As an Italian restaurant, they don't have ice cream/ gelato; was a bit disappointing..

Yes, they also make good Pizzas, but this restaurant caters much more to upscale, Italian dining.We had several of the "dishes of the day", which in our case were heavy on seafood and fresh forest mushrooms. The cooking was very good throughout, the wines we tasted fit well, and the service was very attentive and fast.In short, a really nice dining experience for a relaxed evening out, and the cost / benefit ration was absolutely fair.
