Ci sono stato a pranzo il giorno di pasquetta.Ottimo locale immerso nel verde menù tipico piemontese, piatti buoni ed abbondanti... viene concesso anche il bis. Molto buoni gli affettati, l'albese ,il risotto, la porchetta e il roast beef; ottimo anche il vino sia bianco che rosso,sicuramente di ottima qualità siccome non ha fatto venire male alla testa. Titolare e tutto il personale simpatici e accoglienti , ti fanno sentire in famiglia .Cosa molto positiva,essendo il giorno di pasquetta, c'è stato dato anche il consenso di fare una piccola caccia al tesoro con le uova.Complimenti da provare...!!!

an agriturismo well placed in the nature and cows looking at the restaurant thinking when it will be their turn to fill up the dishes. the restaurant offer different areas where you can have your lunch. Some nice work has been done to accomplish the hygiene program. I would say not bad, If you're a vegetarian this is not for you as they don't have choice to please a simple demand. the antipasti were ok, wine too as well as the first course but the main course (cotechino) was way too salty and there was no alternative. I will go back once more.

Hidden gem. Middle of nowhere. Amazing view. Near the village castle. Exceptional food quality. White truffle linguine were out of this world, but you can not limit this restaurant to pasta. Quite simply anyone should go. We were well received. Impeccable service.

We've celebrated our wedding here on August 16th. The location is absolutely fabulous, very romantic and has great views overlooking the valley and lake Viverone. We instantly fell in love when we saw it. We got married underneath the pine trees, had starters behind the house in the woods and the wedding cake was cut at the pool side. Because of the cold, they advised us to have dinner served inside and this turned out to be a great alternative. This was Variselle's first foreign wedding, with guests coming from all over the world. Not only Italy, but also Sweden, Germany, USA, Singapore, Indonesia, the Netherlands, just to name a few. The owners, Clizia and Enrico are both very professional and passionate about their location, food and wines. Also, their son Matteo speaks English very well, which made communication a lot easier. Since we didn't want a traditional Italian wedding, a lot of adjustments were made and we found that they were very flexible in giving us what we wanted. Their rooms were just new when we came and our wedding guests, including our parents, stayed there. The rooms are clean and fresh and have a lovely view of the pine trees.On the wedding day itself, everything was arranged according to plan. All people with allergies and vegetarians got different menus. Every little detail was right. The atmosphere, food, drinks and personnel of Variselle was very attentive and professional. They exceeded our expectations and we're very thankful for that! They really contributed in making our wedding day unforgettable. I would recommend this place for any couple who would like to get married.

Locale carino nelle vicinanze di Cavaglià . Ottima alternativa al ristorante tradizionale , con la possibilità di consumare un pasto veloce ed economico magiando una delle numerose piadine farcite. Oppure scegliendo un primo o dei taglieri di carne, salumi, formaggi o verdure. Ci sono anche hamburger con piada. Buono il servizio e prezzi onesti.

Went there for lunch and were warmly welcomed by our enthusiastic waitress, who talked through the menu as no written one was provided. I opted for an asparagus risotto but, unfortunately, the dominant flavour was salt. My wife did better. The portions are large, especially the antipasta. Our conclusion is that the restaurant is pretentious and overpriced.

Nice Jazzy ambiance with very good wine and bites of delightful little food. A place where Art dominates, friendship is cultivated and a sense of intimacy kept with respect, all in a relax setting. The keepers, Graziella, Giuseppe and Valeria are certainly the pillars of this cozy little place always with a smile and good judgment.

Visited with 3 work colleagues while staying the the Una Golf Hotel.Attentive service from an Italian waitress who spoke great English. My starter of tuna with prawns was superb, much larger than I was expecting. We all ordered different cuts of steak and we all commented how tasty and well cooked they were. I didn't have much room left for dessert but the ones I saw looked good.It is fortunate that the hotel has a restaurant this good on site as there is not much else in the vicinity.Thank very much to share with us your good experience at Rossocuoco steak house.We work everyday for the client satisfaction.Looking forward to see you again in our restaurant.
