We had an amazing dinner on our last night in Costa Rica. Chef Luis prepared a delicious and original pasta dish with the fresh Yellowfin Tuna our group caught earlier that day. The skirt steak on the sea salt block was also tender and flavorful. The service was impeccable. Only wish we had known about this gem earlier on our trip. Would definitely recommend. Best dinner in Costa Rica.

We visited La Dolce Vita last week because the kids were tired of Costa Rican food and wanted some pasta. The service and food exceeded expectation! We had the tomato mozzarella salad, which was delicious and generously sized--three of us shared it.Much of the pasta was homemade by our server's mom, and you could totally tell. The gnocchi was like little pillows of pasta flavored with bits of bacon in a creamy red tomato sauce. My homemade strotzapretti pasta was HUGE, and packed with seafood. It was fresh and so good that I kept eating long after I was full. My son's margareta pizza was delicious and there was plenty left for breakfast the next day.My parents are there tonight for another experience, and they are bringing takeout back to the house for the rest of us. Can't wait to try it again!

The food is absolutely superb, and complemented with a highly attentive staff, a cozy and intimate ambiance, and a jaw-dropping view, makes this unique hidden gem one of the best restaurants in the country! Everythingâs fresh, immaculately prepared, and beautifully presented. For lunch, you just canât go wrong with their nachos, fish tacos, ahi tuna salad, or steak sandwich. And for dinner, make sure to get there early to watch the sunset over a couple of cocktails, and then enjoy their caribbean style seafood soup starter, followed by one of their freshly caught fish specialties. we were on holiday in costa rica recently and i wanted to find somewhere nice to take my new wife for her birthday, after a search on trip advisor i found Che Sirloin, what a lovely place this is, i booked our table for the evening of 28th june through facebook. All so easy, when we got there we immediatly felt comfortable and welcomed. There is a really nice ambience to the place, we chose an outside table. we had a really great steak dinner with drinks and it all came to just over $50, brilliant. The owners even messaged me the next day thanking us for our patronage and generous tip. we had hoped to go back before we flew back to London, but things didn,t pan out, if you are in coco beach definatly give Che Sirloin a look, you will not be sorry.Than you for your kindness Guy. We were honored to host you and your wife on you special day and graetfull to have met your expectations. Till your next visit to Paradise.BestChe Sirloin Team

My husband and I went for dinner and I have to say it was REALLY good. We had 2 smoked salmon croquets, 2 pinchos each of smoked sea bass and chirizo with cheese and then we shared a ration of their Cajun sea bass with potatoes alioli and a bottle of wine. Everything was excellent! The sea bass was salty but that just fine with me! They also brought us a starter tapa at no charge. The bill came to about $50 Canadian. The service and the timing of the plates were perfect and we left fully satisfied.

We didn't actually dine in, but picked up some amazing mahi mahi steaks and jumbo prawns to bbq at our Air BnB. The quality was amazing, the price was right and the service was fantastic. We'd planned on a dinner stop one night, but after a long day at the beach, pulled the plug - very unfortunate, as it looked absolutely amazing! Definitely give this place a try when in town.
