We visited to look around the country club with a view of joining. Whilst there we booked a table for Sunday lunch. We had a nice table in the window, a mixture of starters and mains. All very well presented and cooked, tasty roasts with amazing Yorkshire puds with roast veg and other veg on the side. (My son would have liked some more veg but enjoyed the lashings of gravy). Certainly would visit again next time we are visiting family in West Grinstead :) Hi. Six of us ate here yesterday. Great value for the lunch menu two courses £16.50 three courses £20. The menu was varied with fish and vegetarian options. The food was presented really well and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Lovely pub in a great setting we will return.Thank you Gilly - that really does make it all worth while. I know our brilliant new Head Chef Richard Brown - will be particularly pleased. It is his first week and bodes well for the future.
