I've frequented Project Artisan since it opened, and today took a girlfriend whom I knew would appreciate the healthy aspect of their offering. Whilst she enjoyed her small salad and 4 prawns, the price didn't meet with her expectations. Personally, I have enjoyed their home smoked ribs for years, but sent back my plate today, as they were burnt tasteless and sauceless at the same time. Once once were french fries, are now tempura yam fries served cold. The whole experience was not as expected; perhaps as they say, 'you can't go home.'Project Artisan is a beautiful space, with food to feed the vegan yoga house-frau. Whilst not my cup of tea, I'm sure there are countless others that will love there concept.Dear MTACCHI;There is no excuse for us to serve food burned nor cold and my most sincere apologies for this.That day our restaurant manager brought your case to my attention & I asked her to do best she could to make you leave happy. In the process we found out that our new junior cook mistakenly used pasta sauce instead of BBQ sauce, hence the rib taste was definitely different than it should be.We have never had typical french fries on our menu and the closest to it we serve fried potato wedges or tampura fries which were served to you. I talked to our team to make sure they repeat the order & explain the difference.Fully understand that comping your meal that day does not make up for the poor experience & disappointment. However, from the sound of it you have been many times well looked after by our team @Project Artisan and hope that one time human error will not define your view or put a certain label on our restaurant & bar.As our ribs are one of my favorite dishes too and I have had them few times after. They are back to what they used to be. Please let me know when you are coming back next time & happy to meet you in person and make sure the above experience was "one off " as opposed to "Project Artisan is no longer what it used to be."thank youMartin

Found that restaurant at our first night and came back every day! The variety of the food is very good. Thai food, Pizza, salads and fresh fish food ..... everything fresh made and very tasty!!!The team is just awesome! They are always so friendly and try to fulfill you every wish. The restaurant is in first row , so you can enjoy the sunset. We will come back!!!!!

Went for a nice meal here while holidaying in Kamala Beach, read a lot of good reviews. Really nice hotel and restaurant, we had the chicken green curry and the slow cooked pork belly. Both meals were of high standard and the service was great however we left after our main course due to the loud rude and arrogant two guys sitting near to us. Cursing and swearing loudly, obviously had too much to drink. Disrespecting the female waitresses but the hotel said nothing to them. Spending money appears to be better than polite custom. Spoilt what could have been a nice evening. Dear Derek M, First of all we wish to thank you for visiting our Silk Restaurant & Bar and praising our services and the great food.However we are saddened to hear that you had an unpleasant experience due to a neighboring table and certainly extend our sincere apologies. Happy to have a healthy restaurant in Phuket! The raw desserts are superb! Also great to enjoy organic fresh squeezed juices and great coffee. In addition, a variety of flavorful dishes designed for health conscious desires as well as dietary needs, such as gluten-free options. They also sell organic produce, dry goods and personal products.
