Since I was little I've lived in multiple countries through out the world and visited many more. From Australia to South Africa, I've seen a little bit of the world. When it comes to grilled spicy chicken, the Rooster Run somehow has the best I have ever had. I say somehow but the love they have for their craft and grill is quite unique, they also have great customer service and I haven't seen them stress with anyone, even on busy weekends.This is a great stop in Kingston and I hope to see this go far as much as I actually quite like being a bit hidden from the rest of London and for that matter the world. Great job to the guys that put so much work to such great food - I only wish you'd open on rainy days as well!

I had fish and chips my mum had sausage and mash. My meal cost £12,40. It was ok but unimpressive. The fish portion was small the tartare saurce given with meal was also small. The peas tasted a bit hard- and not fresh. My mums sausage and mash was also not great. The sausages tasted like low quality. My mum thought the mash was powdered. The whole meal and drinks were £34. The decoration was shabby chic but I'm not sure how much of that was gimmick or a not bothered attitude. First visit here. Strange as it was totally empty at 8pm on a Wednesday. Service was excellent as it was empty, but also good as well. I think the staff member was also doing the cooking. We enjoyed the Garlic bread starter and pizzas to follow. Support your local restaurants before they disappear.

Good fresh sushi from skilled chef. Good variety of dishes, improved greatly from last visit two years ago. Staff friendly and helpful. Not cheap but great value, will visit again next time in Kingston!Thank you for your review, our menu is now much larger (130 items) and is mostly small tapas style dishes designed for sharing.
