We have been there twice for dinner during our stay in Salento and have been quite happy about this resto. Good wines with a good value for money, my parmigiana with tuna (typical Southern dish prepared with fish instead of meat or other veggies) is definitely worth the try. the dessert (millefeuilles with cinnamon and apple) was sublime. Downside: the owner is quite rude with the staff-which I don't appreciate- and not so nice with the clients either, according to his whims. Dear guest, thanks for your review. Itâs a familial restaurant with ok food. Wine no. The starters was nothing special and boring. The gnocchiâs was very good and dessert was good.Not gastronomic.Good Familial restaurant at good price. Sono stata in questo ristorante attratta dalle foto viste per caso su Facebook.Adoro il crudo di mare e quindi io e la mia famiglia abbiamo ordinato, per cominciare, del crudo che prevedeva nello specifico gamberi rossi, scampi di medie dimensioni, seppia... tutto era fresco e ben presentato. Ho apprezzato i semi di finocchio accostati nel piatto della seppia fatta a listarelle.Veramente un ottimo crudo di mare.Io e mio marito abbiamo preso del tonno.Adoro il tonno appena scottato... non ho dato le 5 stelle perché, pur essendo un ottimo tonno, la cottura lâho trovata leggermente eccessiva. Il tonno deve essere cotto pochissimo se si vuole garantire morbidezza... e purtroppo alcune parti le ho trovato un poâ stoppose. Le altre ordinazioni prevedevano una frittura che personalmente non ho assaggiato ma che ha trovato riscontro positivo in chi lâha mangiata. Gustosa e per niente intrisa di olio. Mia sorella ha preso dei calamari ripieni... gli ho assaggiati. Erano davvero molto gustoso e saporiti.Abbiamo preso del vino... purtroppo, due bottiglie sono state sostituite.Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nel cambiarci le bottiglie che evidentemente avevano qualcosa che non andava. Ma ovviamente questo non è attribuibile al ristoratore.Le patate che erano nei piatti come contorno le abbiamo trovate talmente buone da ordinarne un altro piatto.Abbiamo concluso con del tiramisù... tra i migliori che abbia mai mangiato, caffè e grappe. Il conto medio alto ma comunque certamente correlato alle materie prime utilizzate. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
