From the outside this looks like someone's typical house of the area converted into a part time restaurant. The decor,setting and tables are very comfortable and clean. Great atmosphere too. But blow me, the food is fantastic! Staff and service perfect. Lamb perfect. A little bit of authentic Greek food outside of Greece. My favourite and very recommended.

So glad we were recommended to try this restaurant. On a sunny day, all the clients were choosing to eat outside.Welcomed with a shot of Ouzo, a nice touch. Lovely food, all your Greek favourites, well cooked and ample portions. We wondered whether to order starters, but that would have meant way too much, and when the mains came we were glad we hadn't. Salad very fresh, tatziki strong and garlicky, all the meat tender. Wish we lived nearer, I would definitely go back.

We spent a Sunday in Tecklenberg and decided to stop for some coffee & cake at this old pub/restaurant. The location is great and we sat on the lovely terrace and watched the world go by. The cake was all freshly (home) made and the service was excellent.

this restaurant is always a must when I visit my in-laws in Bielefeld. I actually miss the food when I go home.the owner is so nice, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. I wish I could go more than just once a year!

Visiting my German sister in law and family and we always look forward to going out to our local Greek restuarant... However it was shut on Monday :-(So we had a look on Trip Advisor and saw The Delphi that was only 10 mins down the road........What a discovery :-)The food in here was wonderfulThe service quick but not pushyWe had a party of eight and this was no problem to fit us inThe only slight issue I had (being v tall) was the smaller tables as I felt a bit squashed in.....However this was not a major issue as the food made up for itAll 8 of us had different choices and all were fantastic with all the plates being cleared even the kids. I had the Hermes platter which was mid blowing.We all walked away feeling well fed and the price we paid was excellent value for money.We think we now have a new favorite Greek Restuarant in town.Already looking forward to our next trip to Germany... A return visit to The Delphi will be made definitely. Thank you:-)P.s fancy setting up a restuarant in England near me please ;-)

Visited the restaurant in the evening for dinner while being in Gütersloh for business. The restaurant is like most Greek restaurants and I had nothing to complain.

We live in Oerlinghausen and we visit Jannis at least once a month - which already says something. The lamb is just awesome and the starters (included!) are always great. This is not your typical gyros + souvlaki greek restaurant and if you want French fries, go somewhere else - this is seriously excellent Greek cooking.

As a Greek, I was absolutely pleased there! Not too posh, not ridiculous! The staff is amazingly friendly and polite! Wine selection is very good, and they offer ouzo! Big portions, as with every dish they bring a variety of starters for free. They should just add some vegetarian food, but if you ask for it, they do assemble amazing dishes! They even helped us find a taxi immediately, as we were on a hurry!!! Everything excellent!
