A very good restaurant with a sea view and an extremely friendly & helpful staff. You should definitely visit it. We were very warm welcomed each time we came here for dinner. We had dinner included. Although it did not cover all the menu, we always had a choice. Everything was fresh and delicious. I'm vegetarian, and they easily found a good offer for me. We stayed there a week and I had no similar meal! Okra and cheese pie are fantastic, you should try it! My husband also liked the local fish, pork stake and chicken, and additionally the size of the meal :) An ice-cream as a compliment was a delight! Thank you so much!!Thank you for your positive and detailed review. We are very happy to know you had a good time, it makes our jobs enjoyable and gives us purpose to try to become better. We may have caught them on a bad day but all the dishes we tried were very average (tarama, shrimp saganaki) and what was translated on the menu as prawn/crab/lobster salad turned out to be surimi sticks in mayonnaise. The reviews on Trip Adviser tempted us to drive here from Eretria for a meal (the drive turned out longer and slower than anticipated) when the meal we had in Eretria was actually much better and on a much nicer beach!

The food is good, but the place is just a greek taverna with it's good and bad features. Nevertheless if you're looking for traditional greek food, look no further. I think is a family business so they understand the importance of the place for their well-being. I can't say is the best greek taverna that I've been to, but is a good enough place to eat and try something local.

Situated in a narrow street just off the promenade we were warmly welcomed and the main dishes on offer were described to us before we sat down. Lots of variety made it difficult to choose - but choices on both occasions visited were excellent. Efficient, friendly service.

Sea front taverna, unorganized service but very good quality food reasonably priced are worth waiting sipping wine. House white wine good. After meal treat was offered. I love to go again.

Small partitions, not very tasty and well overpriced. I was in Karystos for a week and enjoyed every single restaurant apart from this one. I never complain or write reviews but I was shocked how bad this restaurant was compare to the ones on the high street, don't believe in any good reviews.

fresh fish, nice service , right in front of the water.We enjoyed our meal, and the wine was ourstanding. Our hotel porto evia is located within 2 minutes from the restaurant, and also there are other bars to follow a drink or a coffee after our meal. We recommend it.

We have been visiting this place the last three years when travelling from athens to the south of evoia.We are always enjoying its fresh fish-most of the times-quick service and fair wine.Prices are a bit high, but acceptable.Overall a place to spend a chill and quality lunch or dinner!

The food was good and tasty, but the service can be improved a lot. Not very busy when we arrived but took really long time to even get a menu. Then we had to wait to place our order, wait again for the food and at least wait for a long time to get paid. Unnecessary, there were enough staff and not so many guests.
