Paar keer hier gegeten.

We went with the whole family, including kids and grandpa and grandmother. It was the celebration of my mother-in-laws birthday. We all had our favorite food. I had a Calzone Döner (without cheese, but with garlic dressing and garlic sauce). I should have taken the small one, because the big one put on a few pounds... This family run business give you the feeling you eat @ your friends house (off course we still had to pay ;-) ). My in-laws eat here every week. They combine Mediterranean food, with fast food choices like Döner and fries and stuff, with a great selection of Italian food, that they cook form the heart. The chef was trained in a good french restaurant and the sauce does not comes out of bags, it's freshly prepared.

Here you can get a good solid German meal. Especially Dutch people are viiting this place. The food is good, but the restaurant is a bit too big and boring.

Always an enjoyable stay had at this little hotel, super service and friendly staff. I have stayed at this hotel countless times over the past 12 years and have always enjoyed it . Only critism is the pillows are to flat for my liking.

We have been here on uncountable occasions and it has never dissapointed us. We love the good German food, weather you eat outside under the big trees or inside with the roaring fire. They are open all day for all kinds of meals.Sundays they service a big Sunday brunch with everything you can imagen, including a warm meal and dessert. Best part is, your table stays reserved, which makes it possible to go for a walk in the lovely surroundings between the meals.

We went here the saturday a week before eastern and reserved a table for three. The lady on the telephone had to ask her chef if it was possible, so we where surprised that there where only 2 other tables occupied, but later on that evening a group of 17 persons arrived; it was the reason we almost became no table, because the owner is a perfectionist and wants to keep everything in her hands. And perfect it was! The menu is rather small, but what they serve is all delicous and beautiful arranged. I had a varied fish dish; by far the best I have eaten in years. My company had very good dishes with very nice pieces of meat (deer and lamb) accompanied with tastefull vegetables and the best polenta I have ever tasted. The service by the older lady was really great; unexpected pleasant informal in a german restaurant and with good advice (only the "Italian" red wine happens to be French hahaha..but of good taste as promised (the Lady admitted before that she had not a great knowledge of wine;), and was nicely decanted . We decided before to take not a starter, and where all more than satified with the 2 courses. We where very happy, and will certainly go back when in the neighbourhood. I think in summer eating outside on the nice terrace will be great also. Don`t hesitate and do also!
