I was excited about the possibilities of this restaurant, which allegedly specializes in creatively prepared vegetables, but after eating there I have mixed feelings. First, I should explain that this is not a vegetarian restaurant - in fact, I would say that most things on the menu were not vegetarian but did feature vegetables prominently. My husband ordered the special multi-course meal which was excellent - he let me taste each course. I, however, ordered a dish which included cauliflower, smoked apple, and duck prosciutto, as well as a salad to start. The salad wasn't anything special, which didn't bother me too much, but the main course was practically an entire head of overcooked boiled or steamed cauliflower with a half a smoked apple and several meager slices of duck prosciutto which wasn't very special - not enough sauce or "goodies" to spread around and make the quantity of waterlogged cauliflower palatable. Fortunately my husband let me trade him some cauliflower for some of his delicious meal. Perhaps I just ordered wrong - I hope I did - but potential diners should read other reviews and try to zero in on the house specialties, or, like me, they will pay handsomely for a rather disappointing dining experience.

Was only once there, but am impressed. I bought his recipe book at once as the chef is really knowledgeable, which I realized when studying it. I spoke with him, and his approach to cooking is appealing. Food is honest and good.

On the end to our Super Awesome European trip of 48 Days, we reached to Innsbruck, where we Googled up ´´Indian Restaurants in Innsbruck´´,, where this restaurant was at No.1, when we went in, there were a couple of tables empty, but was told no, they were ´´full´´ which they obliviously weren´t , after asking couple of questions about the empty tables which the waiter couldn't reply to us, we were told by the waiter to get out, after reading the amazing reviews, we saw many reviews online from Asian, which made us realize they dont like to give service to Asian, which i personally think is shameful for any Real Indian Restaurant being a Owner of 3 Indian Restaurants in Spain, And from someone who never used TripAdvisor as a Customer, they forced me to Write this Review..If one likes being served food with the Worst Service Ever, maybe it might be a 5 Star, Maybe they will be ready with some Better excuse next time,Dear Sach-Inn 123,Thanks for your review it shows again how much pride can stand in someone's way.It's just too difficult to understand that it is Christmas time and we are packed by reservations which always start to come between 19:00-20:00! Obviously reserved tables remain empty until the clients come for their table and reservation.However that you have 3 restaurants means in those nobody needs to reserve?In Madhuban it's required and we can't give a single table only cause you are Indian or Asian.You were in Austria and here the culture and behaviors are different.So just for all the other restaurants which are full and they can't give you a seat....try to call them before but stop writing reviews cause of your pride and sometimes not to get what you want!Thanks for giving us the opportunity to explain!Madhuban

Our Innsbruck hotel is on the Old Town main drag and there was an energetic but noisy Shopping Evening party all around us. We were looking for a quiet refuge. We found that and much more here. This restaurant "des femmes" provided a refined retreat with wonderful food and drink, curated by a helpful Welsh waiter. All four of us chose four-course fixed menus. Instead of vitello with tuna sauce, they had a Gorgonzola sauce. A delicate halibut course was followed by chicken breast stuffed with pistachios. The vanilla infused cherry tomatoes were a distinctive accompaniment. Wonderful service supporting our waiter. Numerous libations complemented the food. We left very happy indeed.

Just next to our hotel, we had a table outside. Service was friendly and fast and good Thai food. Not the best Iâve ever had but definitely worth a visit.
