A very authentic old styled house, with a handful of tables, very tasty food. Don’t let the unassuming facade deter you, once inside you’ll appreciate the wonderfully restored old house. The food and service were first class. We had the prawn cocktail, calamari, smoked fish, chicken satay etc and everything was very well prepared and presented and very tasty. Highly recommended!!!!

A small cafe in the heart of the city. Though the ambiance is definitely charming and calm, the food has a good scope of improvement. The server lady was very sweet and helped us through the menu. We tried momos and sha bhaklep - momos were just about average and found sha bhaklep too oily from outside but a bit dry from inside.

I dined here on a number of occasions last January during my stay at Pondicherry and was very impressed.The service was prompt and the food really good.This is a great place to relax in and I am happy to give it 10 out of 10.

Beautiful themed cafe, you get the feel of actually sitting in a biker's cafe with wall arts, lots of reading stuff and an adjacent bike repair shop. Nice food, ambiance, very courteous staff (2 only at the time of my visit) but the location is utterly wrong. Nothing is wrong about the cafe it's just the location. You may find it deserted but you will not be disappointed if you visit. If the owner is reading this, you have done a very good job but in a wrong place.Thank you for the review and suggestions, Om! Wonderful ambience in a French Indian Villa. Had Anniversary Lunch in The Courtyard after hours of travelling in Pondicherry. Fresh Lime Soda along with Veggies tikka was just marvellous and awesome. Enjoyed our time their and recommended for all. Either you can sit inside or outside.

What could have been a nice dining experience was completely ruined by an untrained, ill-tempered and rude waitress who would not believe me when I told her I had not opened the complimentary bottle of water kept on the table. Thinking that I was lying and had a little bit of water from the bottle, which had its seal broken, she irritatedly took away the bottle and rudely plunked a jar of cold water on my table. A d she kept on giving me dirty looks throughout. When my order (grilled vegetables) arrived, I asked for the manager, paid him more than what was due from me and walked out of the restaurant without touching the food.Apparently, this restaurant does not train its staff on how to treat customers. I have never felt so insulted in any restaurant in any part of the world. To suspect a customer of lying for a bottle of water is the worst thing a restaurant can do. Though the manager apologized profusely.my appetite was gone and my mood was spoilt, so I preferred walking out rather then dining at a restaurant that does not treat its customers well.

Pathetic Place!!! Ridiculous and disgusting service!! The Restaurant doesn't realize that they should have trained, educated and well-behaved staff rather than cheap-behaviour people. I travel so much but never experienced such disgusting disrespectful behaviour from restaurants staff. Wonder how this place is alive since so many years.NEVER coming back (even if they offer free food).... and indeed NEVER gonna recommend.

This place is a must visit for those love smoothies and cold pressed juices. They have a wide and innovative range of options for both. I had the'nutties affair' which was delicious. Not cheap but reasonably priced for the product they offer. Nice cosy ambience.
