I did not know this place existed until one day driving along Old Harbour road one Saturday and by chance coming across it. It has an exquisite restaurant for the bourgeois and more casual setting for persons who wish to buy, collect and then go or have a quick meal. We got there somewhere between 3 and 4 pm and were really amazed.There is a section upstairs for ice-scream and the main eating area also has pastries pastries and more pastries with of course varying types of cheese cakes (I bought the black forest cheese cake, guava and blueberry tarts - just delicious must try). The location is newly built, clean and the person who served me was respectable and kind. The food was ok but I had the original fried chicken that seems to have a spicy taste, unusual - don't like spicy so that was my down side. Others had curry goat which they seemed to be ok with.I like this location and would recommend. I was a first time visitor here.

This place is next to the Marriott Courtyard so a convenient walk to Sweetwood. I had the pork and chicken with a festival and potato salad. The pork was good as was the chicken but beware of chopped up bones. The potato salad was so so while the festival was very good.

I was departure at 18:45 hrs, is... 16:18hrs, I'm going some to eat for Island Grill (Café). Hmm?... There is long queue to try be run so slow, look like "snail run of business" some people thinking is waste of time. They wasn't keep the run business and the chefs be prepare well before opens service the restaurant. But unfortunately is, some people walk away... Probably is taking too long and the way bit lazy of behaviour like "Punk Of Play Girls" Thinking bit rude something... I asked for Chicken Sandwich with Fries and no drink. Customer: sorry there is no Chicken Sandwich no more, Is only Jerk Burger Combo... I okay, I take that anyway... She starting laugh at me? I guess that really rude something to hide or doing something body language of behaviour at Island Grill. So I'll be waiting around 27minutes! What she doing, people being chatting in the kitchen. Is didn't runs for Island Grill business kept on! We're very hungry, I'm ask my friend tell her, where is the food collection in is? Now, is last to eat... This is really weird of taste food... The fries was incredible, but is a Jerk Combo burger is very strange taste. Later-on I has effect upset stomach from the Jerk Combo burger. I'm going tab to toilet and I throw out vomit... I spot on Jerk Combo burger is a fly! I guess that not fresh or weird of Jerk Combo burger is real food! Now I don't come back here, I report for this Island Grill Customer service affect something hide of food in the kitchen, I know, I believe what they doing run so slow like "snail of run of physical point". Why is so slow for run like this... Some people went, because of the customer the way too slow advance of the business runs! This is Island Grill (Montego Bay in Jamaica) is done so bad today!!!

My best suggestion is to Chin up Chelsea as competition is always good to keep Businesses in check for your Customers benefit!For years Jamaica have enjoyed your jerk offerings and the last few times I have bought from you the jerk offerings are now lacking in flavour and bland tasting.. and even cold side orders of festival was served..Chin up and change the ordinary lack luster way of serving cold food & get creative to recapture the jerk market you once had!!
