It's a very charming little Gasthaus that i went to a lot, and every meal i ever had was exquisite, and they make everything fresh. Definitely a Gasthaus to visit when in Landstuhl.
We made reservations and enjoyed dinner here last week. The food was wonderful and came out quickly. I loved the salad and the schnitzel was very tender. I got the rham schnitzel with spaetzle and enjoyed every bite.

The restaurant is really good, their selection of foods is not enormous but covers all picky customers. In case you are not happy with the selection of food, you can order specialities a day prior to seating. The chef is very forthcoming. We ate dinner two times, food- selection of wines all good. There is basically no need to seek out other dining facilities. There are several locals dropping by for a true sit down dinner. Splendid service throughout.

We are suprised to find such place on TripAdvisor, you cannot go to this place unless you : A. Can get access to the US Air Force Military Base, B. You are not with someone which is member of this place or you apply for a membership.Food quality is very good, service is provided by personnel in uniform, you are served last if you are not a member. There is the dish of the day which is a bargain. Thanks for feedback. For normal you should not be served last if you are not a member. Sorry for that. I'll take your feedback to our next team meeting.Have a nice Weekend.Christian

Professional Staff...very polite and courteous. However, the "dry-aged" steak certainly did not taste like is was dry-aged. Salad was good and so were the potatoes. The steak was not good at all. Only restaurant I have ever been that prints in bold letters at the bottom of the receipt "Tip is not included."We sale more than 200 kg from this steak, every month and we hat no complain. When it was not your taste, why you say nothing in the restaurant? We have a lot of different kind of steaks. Tenderloin, Australia steak and other. This is not very professional from you, ride here and give the restaurant no chance, to make you satisfied. I hope in your business costumers are not like you are. I can not understand this.

This is a really nice place to eat. The owner is friendly, speaks English and my husband and I eat here regularly since our arrival to Germany. We have tried other Doner restaurants, but this is by far our favorite. It is affordable and well worth a visit.

Went there for a business lunch. Fairly large menu with lots of pasta and pizza offerings. Ended up getting a salad with chicken and thought it was very good. Lightly but flavorful dressed fresh greens with cakes, tomato wedges and egg. Was a little disappointed in the chicken - rather than grilled strips it was fried nuggets. Better than McDonalds but a little too heavy to pair with the salad.

We have only ever had pizza and salad here, but they are soooo good. We always intend to try something else and the plates look fabulous, but we are just suckers for a great thin crust pizza. The service is quick and friendly. If it is a sunny day, sit on the patio.

A butcher owns this place and you can really tell, the meats are fabulous. The rump steak with dark beer sauce is to die for. The setting is small so do make a reservation.
