We have now eaten here three times. First time my main course arrived before I had barely started my appetiser, although the Pork from the Stable was great. Second time I had a beef steak on the bone that was so rare it nearly walked to the table on its own. Tonight my Pork was raw in the middle and the rest was cold. So, not a place I would go back to. Therefore itâs a terrible score from me

The staff are really friendly and helpful and we're especially good with our daughter who is not a fan of fish. They made great recommendations and were so helpful. The portions were huge and the prices were very good. We had so much seafood that we simply couldn't finish despite really trying our best - it was so good we didn't want to leave any but it beat us. On top of our orders, my wife and I were treated to complementary ouzo and all of us had free deserts of delicious loukoumades and ice cream. We would definitely recommend Psaropoula to anyone visiting Platamonas. It was a perfect end to our day.

Really cool place, under the planes, with big portions and home made delicious food. We had meat and fish food, all above average in descent prices. 10â walk from the beach under the sun but it worthâs it! I am Greek, so I can tell about good Mediterranean food :)

ExcellentWe had the opportunity to visit the place twice. Both of the times the quality of the food was excellent as well as the service and the whole atmosphere of the place. The fish were fresh,tasteful and the rest of the plates were great! A great value of money and a great proposal too. Ps the owner of the place! A vivid exemple of great hospitality and professionalism!

We got a recommendation about this restaurant from the staff of the hotel we stayed at the same village. The restaurant is situated in the center of the village under ancient trees! We ordered souvlaki and mousaka, the service was good and very tasty food!The restaurant was full with local tourist!

A very interesting modern bar at the end of the old railway track. The history of the railway is depicted inside and the whole atmosphere is trendy. We booked here for our evening meal the night before our trek, and I checked before hand that there would be vegan options for my wife. When we saw the menu, there was even a specific vegan menu, which consisted of a soup, a salad and a main, which was chick peas and mushrooms, so I chose a fish soup (lovely warm flavour), a 'Gastrodromio' greek salad (all the ingredients, presented beautifully, with feta cheese whipped into a foam - truly michelin star class) and fish for a main, served on a bed of ratatouille. Excellent presentation and flavours throughout. My wife's menu was similarly superb, with truffle flavour in the main dish, and her's also included a sugary treacle dessert which we shared. A great bottle of wine to go with it too, from a huge choice. Excellent food and service.

The seafood was fresh (apart from the calamari, but the menu made it clear), and selective customers can choose their own fish from among the day's catch. Service was good enough, though it would have been nice if they had taken the initiative to offer some watermelon as dessert (a common practice in Greece), given the large bill. Still, recommended!
