Blue Marlin Changzhou is located in Manhattan Plaza ,the center of Xinbei District. Blue Marlin is an authentic European and American style restaurant where you can enjoy from delicious selection of food and drinks.

I've been to the Blue Marlin multiple times, always for the band! I've had a few salads and chicken dishes, a few mocktails - all very mediocre and sometimes even lacking in important ingredients! But the staff always tries to help, even if they don't even realize what is on their menu. Go for the cover band and enjoy the atmosphere.

We stopped at the Traders Fudu Hotel in Changzhou for lunch yesterday while on our way to Shanghai. When we popped in at 1.05 pm, the waitress reminded us that we would have only 25 minutes to pick our food unless we ordered a la carte. But we have little option as the a la carte items were not cheap and the buffet seemed t be a better deal. So, we quickly moved around the buffet counters and covered our table with several plates of different food/dishes.The Coffee Garden did provide many choices and varieties. But the quality was just average. Even though it was near closing time, some of the staff behind the cooking counters were either chatting amongst themselves or nowhere to be found. There were many almost empty trays/pots. Those that were still available were dry and unpleasant looking. At the end, we did fill up our stomachs before leaving, though.The lesson I learnt and wish to share with you is: if you go to a buffet, make sure you will be there as soon as the restaurant is open for business, and never arrive later than one hour or more before closing. Otherwise, go for a la carte.

I was hoping to taste more local dishes, but I am one person for the table, ordered 2 cold dishes as starter, test is wonderful, and it is quit large portion, each starter cold dish enough for 4 to 6 people.They provide some local dishes, plus Cantonese food, and expensive but ( not for ordinary people ) taste food, but very good to hosted a dinner or lunch party, will have "Face"These dishes I ordered, not expensive, but really excellent taste. The fish "Lion head" well, I still prefer Pork, it is tender and good, but just a fish ball taste.
