I did my research before i went to rotterdam so I already had decided to eat there before i got in rotterdam. I was very satisfied with the place. Authentic interior combination of different cultural touches.Location is good close to markthal. Next to the restaurant, there is a parking garage, you can park your car there.Only negative point was that the waitress had no idea about the menu, about the portions nothing at all. Taken by a Dutch friend who dines here often, I have to say it was an excellent experience and evening. Food is fresh and is quality, Ambience is excellent, it's relatively small but this adds not distracts from it's character. Staff are amazingly efficient and friendly, tables and chairs are quirkily hand painted, it certainly brightens up the restaurant.. Food is well presented and so tasty, I'm salivating as I write this review a couple of weeks after visiting, definitely one to look up if visiting Rotterdam away from the city centre.

We enjoyed a dinner here that was delicious, Michelin star worthy. Lost track but around 8-9 courses with tasty and beautiful looking dishes, using flowers and herbs. The restaurant is run by a young, very hardworking couple who make you feel very welcome. Recently redecorated the place with nice furniture.

We had dinner on a Wednesday evening. Not too crowded and a cosy atmosphere. We decided on a combination of 4 dishes. All dishes were tasty, the best dish was the fried duck liver, highly recommended!

Yesterday I met my brother at Diggels restaurant in Barendrecht.We had a very pleasant lunch together in the gorgeous atmosphere of this lovely restaurant.The service was very friendly and efficient and the food was very tasty. We enjoyed ourselves and the nice food. Can recommend!

I had not too much time. Just wanted to have a quick but not too quick dinner. I was pleasantly surprised with gentle and speedy service. Especially if you have an appointment later on you donât want your dinner in the last 15 minutes. Quality of food is great. Everything nicely prepared. Not too hot, not too cold, not too raw, not overcooked. Exactly right !!! In the end I had time to write this review rather than speeding to my appointment!
