La nourriture est sublime, le proprio préconise l'achat local et le service est rapide. Il y avait un fort achalandage et pourtant nous avons été servis dans un délai raisonnable. Les places disponibles en salle sont adéquates pour le nombre de gens qui ne prennent pas leur nourriture pour emporter. C'est très propre et frais.

i love poutine, so was super excited after hearing about this place from friends and family. They do offer a variety of poutines from a vegetarian type with tofu to a sort of meat lover with pork and bacon and sausage..so I tried the regular poutine just fries cheese curds and gravy, and it wasn't the best poutine I have had, I have had better at the rink in la sarre, husband had a burger and poutine and he wasn't impressed with his food either and he thought his meat was not real? Those frozen bear paw type burger patties? But smaller idk I didn't try it but he also agreed our burger and poutine was better at the rink in Amos. I prob won't return, mig try the new one that recently opened in Val d'or

Nice place, cozy with great service.Great scotch selection and reasonably priced.Good choice of beer also.The Jerky is very good. Choice of beef, pork and chicken.

I brought my wife for dinner and we had a very lovely time, it's a very nice restaurant where you can have just simple appetizers or full meal. They are very welcoming and we had a great service, very nice atmosphere.

The name suggested to me that this was a pizza joint, and that is what I expected and ordered. But the cuisine goes way beyond that. The pizza, by the way, was definitely in the 'above average' league. Really a good experience, and a venue well worth returning to.Service was attentive and friendly, and I was impressed with the available choice in beers. Absolutely LOVED this place. It's a charming little restaurant, and despite being very conveniently located- close to downtown but a bit off the beaten path- it felt like we were the only out-of-towners there. It offers lots of beautiful breakfast options, we tried the eggs, crepes, waffles and fruit, and loved everything - so much that we went back the next day. Coffee was fantastic too. I love to eat at Olive et Basil when I want something fresh, light and tasty. Their paninis and pizzas are awesome. It's always super fresh and the service is fast. You can see the cook that are cooking and all staff members are nice. It's a small but cozy restaurant.

Took a business colleague there for a nice dinner. Great drinks and wine, shrimp cocktail appetizer was exceptional! Had prime rib again, on a Wednesday, and it had grill marks. I suspect that it was cooked on a previous day and rewarmed. I've had this same experience at The Keg. I was expecting fresh but perhaps it is not doable mid-week? It was not bad but not a fresh cut for sure. Will definitely return.
