This place is no frills and good food. Both our meals were good and reasonably priced. They have some good specials so take a look. BRING CASH, they donât take debit or credit here. I guess thatâs how they can keep prices reasonable. Overall good experience.

Great restaurant / pub on the main drag in Port. Had the opportunity to sample their seasonal special of flat bread with fiddleheads, very tasty. Ordered off the daily special menu and had the Mediterranean Linguini consisting of chicken meatballs, feta, tomato and a whole bunch of other goodness. Very tasty. Staff are super friendly and parking is easy, either on the street or in the back.

Nice place for meeting a friend for a meal or coffee and dessert. Delicious goods baked on site available for purchase as well as featured on the menu. Outside patio tables across from the waterfront park make summer dining especially enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff complete a pleasurable experience.

We eat here almost every opportunity to be in Port Perry. Their food and beverage menu selections never disappoint. Great breakfasts, delicious burgers, sandwiches, souvlaki and how about hot turkey dinners year round? Yummy! Family run with upbeat, experienced service. Feel like you are a part of the family.

Stopped in a little before 6 and the place was already busy. Lots of people picking up take out! We were quick to get a table for two. Ordered beverages and checked the menu. Halibut, haddock and cod were all available. Service was very quick and the fish and chips were served hot! Plate included a nice piece fish, lots of fries, coleslaw and a wedge of lemon.Great tasting fish and nice crispy batter. Fries were great as well. If you like coleslaw, the serving may not be enough for you, but it is a great compliment to the fish and chips.Fast and friendly service. Will definitely be back.

We visited the Smokehouse mid-afternoon on a Saturday. The restaurant has two sides, one door for eat in andone for take out. Their was a line for take out, but we were the only ones eating in when we arrived (it did get much busier by the time we left) We tried the house lager beer, the brisket meat platter and a side of pulled pork. The house lager was a good deal at $5/pint. Itâs not the most flavourful beer but I really liked it. Our brisket plate can with fries , potato salad and baked beans. All the sides were well prepared and tasty. The brisket was the true star and was probably the best brisket I have ever had a a restaurant. It was tender and smoky but still had a great beef taste. The pulled pork was just ok to me. It was tender and cooked well, but the seasoning just wasnât to my taste. The portions were all large and a good value. The atmosphere is a little lacking, but overall a great spot in port Perry!

We visit Marwans and The Social frequently and have never been disappointed. The food is out right amazing, full of flavour and so delicious. Everything on the menu is different and sooo yummy. Drinks are also fantastic! Service is top notch and always friendly. Marwan himself often says hello and stops by our table for a chat. Couldnât ask for a better restaurant in Port Perry

Just love popping over to port perry to meet a friend. Walk the Main Street and visit the shops and finding the hidden treasures. Then off to pickles and olives for lunch. Daily specials offer at least 5 choses. Always good service and super yummy food.

Decided to visit quaint Port Perry today with 3 of my girlfriends. We sat outside on the patio, our lunches were delicious and the service was excellent. Our server was pleasant and extremely attentive. We ordered the cous cous salad, roast beef, brie sandwiches , asparagus soup and crustless quiche. All absolutely savory! We thoroughly enjoyed eating well and cannot wait to come back again. This establishment is doing a lot right!

Trip Advisor is so cool... I have never stepped foot upon Port Perry before today and I arrived hungry and thirsty on Canada Day. Port Perry is precious and fun and friendly and there were a lot of restaurants all offering similar fare in a short proximity... cue Trip Advisor. Foundry presents itself with 120 5/5 reviews and after I scanned the online menu I realized it was the perfect fit. The service was 9/5. Seriously. No-pressure but friendly and attentive as heck. I was sitting in perfect shade on the ultimate patio with great music surrounded by respectful fellow diners and fresh herbs around me. The wine is a great price (Yealands NZ, Sauv Blanc for the win!!!!) and the food was outstanding - fresh, hot, balanced perfection. The ultimate afternoon. All I can say is TA is a blessing for travelers. This place is a GEM well worth itâs 5/5 status
