At Restaurant Le Bercail, time passes unnoticed. It’s the perfect place for an afternoon snack, or to discuss the big issues with friends, while sipping drinks around the fireplace. The formula is simple: cozy armchairs by the fire, counters and stools, a

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and really liked the room and the design of the hotel but aspects of the service fell rather short during our stay. Here it was the cooking and the slowness of the food’s arrival. We’d ordered some charcuterie to start but it took an age to arrive, so we were placated with some unordered olives. The charcuterie was very good though, a very large portion too. We then had pizzas, again quite a wait, and half of mine was very scorched and inedible. There wasn’t a great deal by way of toppings on them either. We were offered a dessert on the house to compensate for the burnt pizza, which was a fair gesture, though we hadn’t particularly wanted a dessert and it wasn’t that good when it arrived. There’s a good accessibly priced wine selection and we found a decent Canadian white to help offset the problems with the food. I suspect we were a bit unlucky as most people around us seemed happy with their food so I’d try it again if I was staying here again.Thank you very much for taking the time to share your exeprience with us. This is very precious. Our Restaurant Les Labours propose a bistronomic menu where Charlevoix’s complete terroir is the star of the show. We bet you'll love the wine selection too!

This restaurant has somewhat a chic, young vibe. The terrace looked attractive. We sat right by the bar which includes the food service windows and it was extremely busy and noisy. What an amazing well-oiled machine! Wow! The staff was amazingly well trained! (I supposed if the noise had really bothered us we would have asked for another table. We received our drinks quickly, the meal was served in an appropriate time and was tasty and well presented. We were so happy with the mean that we actually ordered dessert, which we never do! Their legendary carrot cake was pretty darn good. The very staff was so efficient, hard-working and yet, so cheerful. Not sure why they are called the black sheep – they did everything so right!

This restaurant is located inside Le Germain, very spacious with the kitchen centrally located so we can see the cooks hard at work. A varied menu highlighting locally sourced products, the setting is somewhat formal however you are in Baie St-Paul within a hotel/spa, so be relaxed! Our waitress was attentive, funny and never far away if we needed her. Our meals (lamb for me and chicken/pork combo for my wife) were excellent. Nice wine selections as well.
