I was there just a few months back. The experience was so average that I do not remember anything extraordinary about the food. However, it does have very good view of the Durres bay. You may choose to ride a horse at the premises, hence the name Horses' Hill.

Firstly the staff are wonderful, friendly, brilliant at their roles and service with a smile. The food can only be described as excellent, everything cooked to perfection, fresh and very tasty using I am sure the best possible ingredients. The menu is not complicated just a number of dishes including meat and fish in addition to pasta, risotto and pizza.You can eat inside or on the outside terrace which is a nice size. The atmosphere is very friendly and everything spotlessly clean. A person with any gluten intolerance can have their dish cooked to order with everything explained by the wonderful staff. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We stayed in Albania for the first time and used this restaurant on our second night and went back three times! Not only is the food great, the staff wonderful but to get a meal for two of such quality with the local wine and beer (which is superb) for around £15.00! simply incredible. We loved our stay in Albania which is a country of friendly people who put customer care high on their priorities. We will miss the country and this excellent restaurant. Thanks to everyone - Oh highly recommended.

Don't eat here, chose another in the same area. Most of the restaurants in this, streets are for tourists. Mostly same food everywhere but Delfin was extraordinary bad. You cas see this I pre fabricated fastfood served in a restaurant.... And it tastes like nothing. Even the pizza is like taken out of the box and grilled for a minute. Boring.And the entertainment is 2 plastic dolphins floating in a fountain.Avoid this place, sorry it is not possible to give 0 points because they deserve it
