Pros:- Clean, nice decor.- Free parking -Carrefour Laval location, next to the Keg, PF Chang, Cage aux Sports.- .Nice outdoor terrasse.- Crayons provided for our child. Colouring page on back of the childrenâs menu.Cons:- Understaffed.- Insufficiently trained wait staff.- It took f o r e v e r to get our food. - No salt & pepper on the tables. Whatâs that about?- No bread offered. - Childrenâs pepperoni pizza $10.00. No drink and no dessert included. Not very wise for a âfamily friendlyâ restaurant. Whatâs their cost for a cup of juice or a scoop of ice cream? Negligible. Cheap. Very cheap.- Our childâs knife dropped to the floor...waitress picked it up and walked away.Never returned with a replacement.- Water glass empty for a long while...couldnât see our server anywhere...finally flagged down another holding a water pitcher. Turned out it was almost empty. She half filled my glass and walked away with her empty pitcher. Youâd think she would have returned to fill the glass. NOT.Ridiculous.

Never again.... arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 pm. Waited outside to be assigned a table... none ever showed up, despite the fact that the waiters saw us standing for over 10 min. The place wasnt "at full capacity" and there were empty tables. Anyhow... we ended up going in and grabbing a table ourselves... waited again 15 min despite the fact that we raised our hands to be serviced none came. I had to get up and go call someone... when the waiter arrived, we told him that we waited for over 15 min and none came, instead of apologizing... he simply said i didn't see you coming in... well clearly your staff isnt well trained for customer service. All we wanted was an apology, which was never given. Summary- it was my first time there & it will be my last �

We loved the food, but I found it a bit expensive and my chicken plate was a bit small. I'm not a big eater and was still hungry after my meal. Would have needed more veggies. They give you free warm bread before your meal.Thank you for your constructive comments. We're sorry if our menu seems expensive to you. Our hard-working staff is doing a great job serving our meals - cooked by our renowned chefs with the best ingredients available. Of course, this kind of experience comes with a cost. I would like to bring to your attention that you can get more vegetables as an accompaniment, offered on our menuThanks again, and it will be a pleasure to serve you on your next visit !

I have now eaten at this restaurant for times and I must say that each time I have eaten there Iâve become more and more disappointed.I was originally very enthusiastic and a huge supporter of the restaurant it really was great.Being from the US I felt that it pretty much lived up to its name as an American barbecue restaurantUnfortunately each time I have eaten there subsequently the restaurant slips lower and lower in my esteem.Maybe because the night that I ate there the weather was bad but the restaurant seem to be not as crowded as it was in previous visits.It would be nice to find good barbecue here in Quebec but Iâm afraid Rubs is not what I hoped it would be.I ordered pulled pork rolls and they were overdone -The outer shell was like a boardI had beef ribs which was extremely overcooked and burned my party had pork ribs which as well were overcooked and dry.The potatoes were not seasoned at all so they were very blandI donât know if success has gone to their heads -if it is thatâs a shame but the quality of the food definitely seems to be sinking in my opinion

The is very tasty the prices very affordable. The service friendly and the owner is always there to great his clients and make sure that their dinning experience is memorable. Of all the Madison's in that I have eat at, this is the one I go to over and over again. I also have Family reunions ( 45 plus people) there a couple times a year and we are never disappointed.

Stopped over for a quick business lunch. Shopping mall parking was packed (xmas is at the door) but no worries, thanks to the valet parking on hand at Table 51!As always, attentive and professional service, plenty of options on the menu (beef tartare was amazing) and a great vibe. Will be back soon!

My husband tried one of their speciality beers and enjoyed says he will try a different one when we visit again. We both took fish and chips and enjoyed them hubby took the beer French fries and I should have too way better than regular French fries He meal was excellent as was the service

Went on a Sunday night and it was by far the busiest restaurant in an area that's full of choices.Food was good, service was good and the prices were really quite reasonable.Lots of choices both with respect to food and drinks.There's something for everyone.Thanks a lot philandjoelle For the great review! We went there as a party of 20 for a friend's birthday on a friday evening. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table for 12, despite multiple confirmation calls (we had reserved well in advance for 20 people). They moved two tables of patrons who were already eating and joined these tables to our's. As for the food, we waited an hour before ordering and then a further hour before recieving our food. The pizzas my friends got and mine were mildly hot, but burned all around the crust, on top of being seasonless and soggy. Getting the bills ensued an additional half hour wait, despite the restaurant being almost empty by the time we were done (11pm).I was very disappointed by the extent of the wait and the quality of the food. I know it is difficult to serve such a large party, but there is a limit to one's patience. As this was my third experience of the sort at this location, I do not recommend spending a diner there.

Pleasant French bistro ambiance, surprisingly empty at dinner time. Service was attentive. from the reviews, I was perhaps expecting an unforgettable meal, but what we had was nice, just not great. Lamb shank was tender, nicely sauced, the filet of sole was properly cooked. Some dishes seemed a little salty so check before you add any. Wine list was moderately priced.
