Der Fronthof beeindruckt zunächst durch seine historische Atmosphäre. Die Lokalität strahlt eine lange Geschichte aus. Im Sommer und an milden Tagen in der Zwischensaison steht auch ein Garten zur Verfügung. Die Speisen aus dem Südtiroler Alltag sind sehr schmackhaft, regional und saisonal, und werden durch sehr freundliches Personal serviert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Sehr beliebter Ort, deshalb ist eine Vormerkung unbedingt notwendig.

We went to this restaurtant many times, both in the summer and in winter and we always went out satisfied in our body and soul! Pitschlmann offers a very high quality food (typical local food but also deviations to the standard menu and they are always trying to accomodate your needs if you ask for something particular) in a very welcoming, warm location. The courses are generous and very tasteful but not too heavy. The owners are extremely nice and smiling and the prices are honest. On summer Fridays they propose a buffet mixed grilled that is really fantastic. Check the opening days before going (in low season it may be closed). The owners also run a very nice lunch restaurant in a mervellous place with great mountains sight at the "Malga Tuff", reachable through an inspiring walk from Fié: a perfect location to spend a day.

only in the mountain you can find spots like this one . The cristal water creek just few meters away, a romantic bridge, the woods around you and the mountain shadowing your feelings . Nothing fancy but solid and real good food served with a careful touch whatever you order. There is nearby also a mill that is working and showing to visitors how they still make things here .The sound of the creek and its falls will make a perfect setting for a lovely time of mountain life

Plenty of big tables with different views over the valleys and up to the peaks. Varied menu from snacks to "roll on the floor groaning" meals. Prompt and charming multi-lingual service. Great value. What an absolute gem after a cheeky little climb!

This restaurant is conveniently located near the town center. You can dine inside or there is a lovely patio area too. The food is really good - rustic Mediterranean - lots of fresh pasta dishes (like one with shaved truffles) - huge portions -great value - great service....and they have food for celiacs. This place was recommend to us by some tour guides who go there whenever they are in town and I too highly recommend it.Everyone we met who worked at the restaurant spoke Italian, German, and English and so help with the menu was easy.

You need to walk a good hour depending where you start to reach at the base of the amazing Catenaccio , this rustic alpine restaurant , where the smiling family efficiently will make sure your energy will be perfectly refilled . Yes this is not sophisticated, it is a sort of rustic pleasant experience, with tables spreaded in the shadow of the imposing mountain, in the garden rabbits and dogs moving in freedom and you get hearty and genorus portions of alpine most famous dishes , that will feed you with satisfaction for your tastebuds

The Hagneralm is one of the best walks from Nova Levante walking straight out of the village through the woods into the mountains. It's a steep walk but the treat is great when reaching Hagneralm enjoying their homemade fresh milk, cheese, great bread and the most beautiful views on the meadows and mountains.

Great place as reward after a long walk uphill. One feels welcome, and as being at home.Good home cooking, good service, and clean. Their well tasting "Jaeger tee" may help the downwards return walk. Check opening hours before your walk, as they are not open all year. If your starting point is Voels, best to take the path up (parts are a bit steep), and road down.Dear Michael, thank you very much for your nice words.
