The best choice for fine dining to reasonable price, for anyone staying in "Voels am Schlern", and does not stay in the hotel (which surely is great as well).Relaxed dining, but in a very fine atmosphere.Excellent service, and nice & polite personnel, just as it should be in such fine place.Added plus of course that the Chef comes and presents himself.Impressive assortment of wines, and of course the great local Lagrains.A great dinner experience. Close to GM star. Maybe better though, they dont have one, as that sometimes has a reverse effect.Dear Michael H,thank you for the great review and for all the comliments. Plenty of big tables with different views over the valleys and up to the peaks. Varied menu from snacks to "roll on the floor groaning" meals. Prompt and charming multi-lingual service. Great value. What an absolute gem after a cheeky little climb!

This restaurant is conveniently located near the town center. You can dine inside or there is a lovely patio area too. The food is really good - rustic Mediterranean - lots of fresh pasta dishes (like one with shaved truffles) - huge portions -great value - great service....and they have food for celiacs. This place was recommend to us by some tour guides who go there whenever they are in town and I too highly recommend it.Everyone we met who worked at the restaurant spoke Italian, German, and English and so help with the menu was easy.

You need to walk a good hour depending where you start to reach at the base of the amazing Catenaccio , this rustic alpine restaurant , where the smiling family efficiently will make sure your energy will be perfectly refilled . Yes this is not sophisticated, it is a sort of rustic pleasant experience, with tables spreaded in the shadow of the imposing mountain, in the garden rabbits and dogs moving in freedom and you get hearty and genorus portions of alpine most famous dishes , that will feed you with satisfaction for your tastebuds

The Hagneralm is one of the best walks from Nova Levante walking straight out of the village through the woods into the mountains. It's a steep walk but the treat is great when reaching Hagneralm enjoying their homemade fresh milk, cheese, great bread and the most beautiful views on the meadows and mountains.

Great place as reward after a long walk uphill. One feels welcome, and as being at home.Good home cooking, good service, and clean. Their well tasting "Jaeger tee" may help the downwards return walk. Check opening hours before your walk, as they are not open all year. If your starting point is Voels, best to take the path up (parts are a bit steep), and road down.Dear Michael, thank you very much for your nice words. We stayed at the Tyrol Hotel for one night and decided to give Marions a try. The hosting was great! The asparagus soup was amazing and with Many's (Manfred) magical touch, the beef fillet was absolutely amazing and extremely tasty. Thnak you Many!! The tiramisù desert was fabulous! A keeper!

The food was not great - a salad tasted like it had been made from tinned tuna rather than fresh food. Service was very slow and then the waiter arrived with the wrong number of drinks. Its a beautiful building with frescoes on the outside, well located near the market but avoid.
