What a find! Top shelf service with a cold washer, hand gel and bug spray on arrival. The staff were very accommodating and polite.The menu is diverse with western and Balinese offerings in surroundings that are modern and clean. I went for Mr Bobâs Ribs and was not disappointed. A large meaty slab of tender ribs was served up with a Balinese blend of spices and sauces. My wife had the Nasi Goreng Ayam which was packed with flavour. Being just north from the overpriced central Seminyak restaurants, the prices here were very reasonable. With 2 for 1 beers all day, you canât go wrong.A special shout out to manager Wiri for his excellent service and advice.

We ended up coming to Seminyak kitchen three mornings in a row for breakfast. It was partially because it was so close to our hotel, and partially because they opened super early. Turns out it was a great decision on our part because the food was awesome, and Dodi (our waiter on all three days!) was excellent. He was happy to see us every morning and he was great and giving us tips and tricks for the events we had planned for the coming day. We tried both the a la carte menu and the buffet, and both we a good value. Plenty of both western and eastern options to choose from and fresh juices were everywhere. Really depends on how hungry you are. If you want to eat light, save some cash and go a la carte. We wouldnât hesitate to go back on our next trip to Bali. We tried this place from the advices of tripAdvisor. It was a little treasure that we discovered both for the excellent Indonesian foods, the beautifully decorated restaurant, the top service we received. We were sad to have to leave. This is an absolutely perfect place to try for anyone in Bali. They have 3 locations in Bali. We were at the newly opened one in Seminiak.

Shima was pretty quiet when we went, it should be busier - the food is awesome, the chef was great, itâs lots of fun.We had our kids with us and the staff were very accommodating - our son got behind the hot plate with the chef and cooked some of our food.Teppanyaki needs great quality ingredients cooked perfectly and it didnât disappoint. Would go back. The giant prawns and tuna were the highlight Thank you for visiting Shima, I am so very pleased you enjoyed the experience and thank you for your very complimentary review. When you are in Sanur this is A Must GO restaurant. Food is delicious and prices are reasonable. The first time we went there Risa made us a smoothiebowl that was so good and beautiful. They also have burgers, noodles etc and those are delicious too. We can tell because we went back a couple of times. And if you're looking for souvenirs, there are a lot of cute things to get for a reasonable price.

We visited the restaurant as an extended family of 6 including my 10 month old granddaughter. We ordered drinks and the dumpling tasting selections. The dumplings were the best we've tasted - absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.
