i had been here before and had a nice experienceThe Chips were over cooked, the rice was dry greasy pork in my terrible service . I would recommend eating anywhere else in carlowHello Thomas, I'm really sorry you had a disappointing meal. I would love to hear the full story from you as I could not tell wheather you had it as a takeout or sit-in. For every sit-in table, my trained staff would always do a check up on the satisfaction of the meal before it's over. If there is a case like yours, we would be happily to exchange or remove the item from the bill depending on your decision. Seriously, my staff and I would deal with your situation so I don't understand why you would not speak up unless you didn't come for sit-down and we could not provide the service above.For takeout, my receptionist would also love to handle your complaint of dissatisfaction and recorded the call. Currently I got no records of what you had stated from the review that you had. I'm sorry but could it be possible that you had mistaken us from a different restaurant because, again, I recieved no such record similiar to your case.

I never heard of this restaurant because it wasnât on JustEat (used from my student days).. decided to try it out because of my auntys recommendation. The food was absolutely delicious, very high-quality and served with perfection in mind. The place is very fancy yet the value is great. The 2 course meal was incredibly filling and didnât break the bank. The staff are so great and friendly, genuine people. The music is distinct and appealing. Overall, very romantic and pleasing experience. Highly recommended.

We have been going to the sweeping Thaiger since in opened. The staff are always attentive, helpful and very professional and the food is always very tasty. It has a very varied menu and this restaurant probably offers the best value for Asian Cuisine in the south east of Ireland . I can recommend most things on the menu as we as a family have eaten most of them . The also have an All you can eat menu on Sundays which is great and their take away service is fantastic also . Overall , great food , great value , great staff and great experience . Thank you very much. Your review is much appreciated.

Food always fresh great takeaway and very friendly staff . Price is good and some days thereâs great deals . King prawns always top class . Restaurant is also very clean . Have been eating here for many year . Owner very friendly and the one time they gave me the wrong order they sorted it straight away .

My wife rang this restaurant on the afternoon of 06 Oct 2018. She spoke with a female member of staff and asked if the restaurant was wheelchair friendly. To our surprise she was told it wasn't. This is a bit odd, that wheelchair bound people can't avail of their food.
