The food is good and tasty. Visited this place a couple of times and liked the food on all occasions. The service is rather slow, so it will take a while to get your food after placing your order. Works well for family dinners / lunches as you get to relax and make the most of the meal time.

Recently visited on a Saturday night with my other half. Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience. Our soft drinks were totally flat, our food was meh (the rice was terrible) and our waiter was really forgetful. Our bill was very high for the quality of the food served up.

Let's start with the positives:1. Really nice interior and decor. 2. Nice location.3. Absolutely delicious and well presented food. Very authentic.4. Great choice on the menu.Negative: SNAIL PACE service.1. Took an age to take our initial order.2. 30 minute wait for starter...waiter came over after about 20 minutes and asked if we had had our starter yet. Nope.3. 40 minute wait for the mains. Waiter brought our hot plates which were stone cold by the time the food arrived.4. 20 minutes to clear the plates away.5. Several forgotten drinks orders...had to ask an average of three times per drink to actually get it.5. Bill brought to us without being asked for and without us being asked if we wanted desserts or coffees, etc. In fact, it was brought out even before an ordered drink had been given to us...we had to ask for the drink again and then have the bill be adjusted accordingly.6. No warmth or friendliness from the staff. Very robotic and very unlike the warm hospitality we experienced when in Thailand.SO, SO BAD: we sat down at 6.45pm and left at 10.30pm. They need to seriously up their game. A busy Friday evening needs forward thinking and planning by all parties. The only reason we will go back is because the food was so good and we enjoy authentic Thai cuisine...it is the saving grace. However, if we return and there is no improvement in service we will be unlikely to ever go back. So, we'll see...

This really is a top-class Thai restaurant with typical decor one would expect in this type of establishment. The food was superb and would certainly recommend the sharing mixed Baan Thai starter and Thai green chicken curry. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Only a couple of minor criticisms would be that the tables are a little small to seat four people if you each separate dishes and the service was not the quickest. Having said that we wouldnât have any hesitation in going back as the meals were reasonably priced and excellent.

We have been coming here a few years now and always have a fantastic experience. The service is always so friendly by all the staff. The boss man is always so attentive and willing to share his knowledge of the menu by offering recommendations and even creating a dish when I canât decide. The food always is top notch, great flavours and presented beautifully. Always recommend to all. Thank you Deli Divan.

Ordered lanb tikka masala, sauce far to creamy and sugary sweet and the lamb was stale and tough, they changed it got chicken but same sweet sauce. Service rushed hadnât finished popadoms when taken away. Whispered that they havenât charged for my curry, as if they did us a favour no will not be going back Hello,We highly appreciate your review and concern about it. We visited on 27th July and were seated upstairs. This was our second visit I would have preferred to have been informed that the table was upstairs when booking as I have a mobility issue which made this not ideal.On our previous visit the service was very good but unfortunately it was very different this time. We had to keep asking for re fills of water and serve our own wine. Our starter plates were left on the table for 30 mins after we'd finished and the main courses took 45 mins to arrive. We had to ask for cuttlery for our mains. We weren't offered anything after our mains.When a waiter eventually appeared we asked for the bill which took 15 mins to arrive and despite asking for the card machine it didn't appear. We eventually went downstairs to pay the bill. I expressed my disappointment that the service had been so poor but the waiter merely said it had been very busy and offered no apology whatsoever. The food was good so it's such a shame that the service was so poor. When booking I would prefer to be told that the only tables available are upstairs and that way I can choose to visit on another date .

After so many disappointing curryâs from the likes of Jee Ja Jees & theGurkha lounge and even the very overpriced Anoki, we visited and absolutely loved the curryâs! The place was heaving So this tells you how good it is! They also have a great selection of cocktails too
