A lot of scary things around - soviet quarters, building grounds, bumpy roads, and not too much luxury inside, but really tasty and mostly authentic dishes from Central Asia for a low price. If you like to visit places for locals, this is one of them. Working hours are 10--19, as in many places here.There're delivery service and other rooms including cafe (not self-service), but I found it closed.

I liked it, food was good, waiters were polite and prices are more than reasonable. Plus it's just across the road from Kremlin, kinda recommend it.
