We aim to provide an alternative form of living for our residents and guests by being a human settlement that provides people with reliable work and clients with tourism services whilst having an overall positive impact on the ecosystem. Our guests are invited to sleep in either private or shared rooms, a wood cabin, or traditional indigenous Wiwa rooms. Your day can be spent hiking the trails through the Sierra Nevada where we will guide you through the farm and its facilities, followed by an introduction to our home gardens and “Awindua,” an indigenous village build on the bordering ridge. During our tours, we will educate you on the fundamentals of permaculture, sustainability principles, and provide information on the Sierra Nevada and its indigenous cultures. Guests are also welcome to take part in the cultivation of our gardens, in addition to enjoying homegrown vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
