Enveloped by an idyllic locale that is rooted in an ancient history, the sprawling property is inextricably linked to the island of Crete. A memorable resort

We arrived on a tour ((Travac Tours) and spent 5 days at this marvellous resort set on the Aegean Sea. Warm welcome by manager and staff we cannot say enough about how great this resort is with its well planned pools, settings on the shore beaches, large welcoming areas to relax in. And the Food!! A gourmet delight with its many choices of locations. It was busy with families the week we were here but it is list pandemic and everyone is so happy to be back travelling we had a favourite spot to sit under trees at the edge of the beach and near the Beach Shack for service for refreshments. There is a feeling of luxury but on a relaxed lush in areas setting. We took part in a Cooking Tour with a tour of the lush gardens they hare. The Chef was picking the herbs, artichokes, etc for our class. It was so much fun!!

A lovely friendly family orientated apartment complex also great for young people, large groups of friends as nothing is too much trouble for the fabulous staff who take the time to get to know you and make you feel like you've known them for ages. Great value drinks and food, which are all presented beautifully, love the strawberry dacquiri's ?. Beautiful pools and lots of comfortable sunbeds. The apartments have been upgraded to a high standard and are quite roomy even with 4 of us staying in a 1 bedroom apartment, ours had a massive balcony which was a bonus plenty of hot water in shower, bathroom though a little bit on small side, but hey can't everything especially for what we paid, extremely great value for money and apartment was very clean, no problem getting fresh towels or toilet rolls either. Would we stop again definitely and hopefully very soon in near future. We loved Yannis Manos and can't recommend it highly enough, till the next time guys, yamas

Beautiful hotel and fabulous staff - just excellent!

Just returned from the most wonderful week at this amazing hotel. A lovey warm welcome greeted us upon our arrival by Athina who was fantastic during the entire week. Nothing was too much trouble and the hospitality was incredible. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and I truly could not find fault with anything. The view from our room was so gorgeous to wake up to each morning. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The waiters, George, Dimitris,Giannis and Hlias were excellent - always a big smile and a warm welcome to the restaurant along with the breakfast/kitchen staff Kostas and Kiki, Tonia and Aggelos. The food was beautiful and the location of the dining area overlooking the town and sea made for a wonderful backdrop along with the amazing sunsets. Thanks must also go to the cleaning ladies Eleni and Chrissarla. They kept our room beautifully clean and were always extremely polite and smiling. At this time of the year we found the hotel lovely and peaceful - just what was needed. Being in the mountains there is no passing traffic and no noise. Perfect. The climb up to the hotel is steep and I would recommend hiring a car in order to get about however a taxi costs around 8 Euros from the town - well worth it. The pool area is spotless as is the pool itself and not too deep. We were fortunate enough to be invited in by Athina to see a Cretian wedding reception which was just fabulous. So many lovely memories have been made during our week at the Royal Heights and I can not thank everyone enough for making our stay here so wonderful. I was asked by Athina if, in my opinion, they could improve at all with the breakfast options. Having given a couple of small suggestions the one was available the very next day and the other the day after! We could not find fault at all with the hotel or the staff and thank you for making our holiday a wonderful experience. I certainly hope that I can return one day to this gorgeous hotel and would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing, out of the way holiday in glorious surroundings with excellent staff who really make you feel as though you matter and go out of their way to ensure that you have a wonderful time. Thank you all so very much and hope to see you again sometime..

Family holiday

We have just spent an amazing week at this hotel. Would highly recommend. We were a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. We were welcomed by all staff from the start and nothing was to much trouble. The hotel is very modern and clean, rooms lovely (a little small for us 4 with an older and also younger child but not to much of a problem). We had rooms in the main building with pool view, these are recently modernised. Perfect size for my parents who also travelled with us. All staff are extremely friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool bar staff, day time and also at night, no need for entertainment when Olga is behind the bar, she’s fantastic. Also the reception and restaurant staff, all so friendly and happy to help. The hotel in general has a lovely vibe, just the right amount of people and a good mix of ages. Food was the best we have had in an all inclusive. The pool area is fantastic and theres a very good choice of seating areas inside and outside for coffee or a glass of wine during the day or evenings. Short walk to multiple shops, bars and beaches. Not often we return to the same places but I wouldn’t think twice about booking here again. I only wish our stay had been longer.

3rd time at wonderful Sirens beach

Reviewed By Jimjimbob747

Sirens beach hotel is probably one of the best all inclusive hotel's we have stayed at. From late night check in to late check out the staff were always pleasant and helpful. Due to a flight delay we arrived well after midnight but the manager on duty quickly arranged our check in and also gave us a bag with a delicious baguette, fruit, and a bottle of water, although it was quite late he even arranged for us to get drinks from the bar. We had a sea view room on the 4th floor for myself, my wife, and our adult daughter, the rooms are spacious with a large balcony and a beautiful view, The food was always good with plenty of choice and the restaurant is so arranged that it never felt crowded and plenty of outdoor seating. Courtney and her team made our holiday really enjoyable with poolside games and entertainment during the day and then putting a show on every evening in the outside theatre. There was never a problem getting a sunbed buy the pool or on the beach and both had a well stocked bar a pleasant staff. All in all I would highly recommend Sirens beach for a carefree and enjoyable holiday, although its rated as a 4 star I think it's worth 5 stars.
