Reviewed By pettyrsgood, budget hotel, a few km form centre of Lviv, helpful staff. Clean rooms, there is no airconditioning in all rooms (ask before reservation), big parkplace (even for buses). not expensive, good enough for short stay during visiting Lviv. Big advantage - water in hotel 24/24 hrs - in the centre of Lviv not often. Before hotel cosy places for ewening's drinks.

Location good for transit
Reviewed By Maris ZLocation right by the city bypass highway. A great option for not to get stuck in the traffic jam in Lviv with your own car but take taxi. Clean room. Great exterior and interior. Lack of elevator to get on the upper floors. Staff very polite and helpful. There is a parking lot.

Feeling a king/queen
Reviewed By yolacikmalihidden castle out of lviv centre but not too long , 15 minutes by taxi , you may use “9”numbered yellow buses with 4 grivnas. Natalia is the best morning manager on duty that she speaks English and know the City. Rooms are nice , quiet place to wake up with sounds of nature.

Corporate Party
Reviewed By Philip LWe arrived here in a group, with a minibus transfer from the railway station. Our party was planned in advance; twenty-plus people already quite hungry after a six-hour train ride from Kyiv. Our reception was in the left-hand building you can see in the photo, to be reached through the garden, not through the hotel. Since it was a chilly evening with rain in the air, that was not optimal. A wedding reception was already taking place in the hotel dining room, in the main building. Beautiful art-deco doors were a nice design touch. And an enormous circular chandelier descended from the fourth floor in the central hall. Everything was more or less what it should be; our party was attended by a very pleasant waiter, and we had music and dancing. The next morning, things were not as they appeared. The hotel had a standard buffet breakfast, from 08:00 till 10:00. We were given a breakfast card with our room number which we had to surrender before we could tuck in. All the items you normally expect were available, cooked eggs, cereals, yogurts, fruit juice. So no problems there. On returning to the room, we managed to overload the (only) lift with four persons, and it was stuck on the ground floor. It took ages for the hotel to turn off the electricity so we could open the door by hand. While we were stuck, we noticed that the hotel was originally planned to have two lifts; the circular windows to the right of the building have room for two lift shafts. When we finally escaped, the receptionist laughed, embarrassedly, but there was no apology. Back in the room, the quality of the building left something to be desired. The balcony door wouldn't close properly after I'd been out for fresh air. And the headboard behind my bed came loose from the wall, in my hands. In conclusion, the hotel looks nice, if a bit ordinary. However, the quality of the workmanship leaves something to be desired. One lift, instead of two, gave me the impression that they had economized on details when finishing the hotel. Such a pity.

Reviewed By Marcin SPrzemili właściciele, bardzo pomocni. W pokojach bardzo czysto, miejsce nowe i zadbane. Jak na taką cenę nie jestem w stanie wyobrazić sobie lepszych warunków. Właściciele mówią po ukraińsku, ale nie ma problemu żeby się z nimi dogadać znając polski.
