Kolhapur has two good sea food restaurant viz. Waman (in Shahupuri) and second one this one. I will give Waman 1st place and Gajali second place. It provides very good Malvani sea food. They have thali system. I'd suggest to try atleast once. It is small place, so don't expect very good ambiance.
