Stayed here for a night with family. Staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Swaroop for the arrangements! Rooms are not that spacious, but comfortable beds. Had all the facilities like coffee maker, complimentary water bottles, complimentary toiletries etc. in the room. But, rooms need a little more make over for ex, the wallpaper was a little torn; the bathroom lock wasn't proper. I was told while leaving that the hotel will be under renovation in a couple of months, so hope to see the change next time!
The restaurant served good food. The taste was good, ambience was nice. The buffet breakfast served as part of our stay was also nice. Had lot of variety and good in taste.
Overall a pleasant stay and definitely looking forward to come back!

This is one of the oldest hotel & restaurant in Kolhapur. It is predominantly famous for typical local non-vegetarian & vegetarian food. It is good in terms of service & ambience. Food quality & taste has been consistently excellent for several decades. I had recently been to Milano's in Kolhapur and I was simply amazed by the variety of inter continental food options available there .We tried quite a few of them and every item was cooked to perfection.
The chef knows his business and takes a keen interest in your liking and personally provides with his suggestions.
They have some unique desserts as well which will definitely leave you asking for more !
A must visit if you are a foody and don't mind exploring new places to eat.

Awesome Taste at affordable cost - total satisfaction. Easily accessible place. Better to have time-patience (waiting)on Sunday's and Holidays (especially in the morning hours) due to heavy rush.

After Reading lot of reviews about this place, I tried it once but was disappointed.
This place is extremely overpriced at 290, serves very limited mutton for a mutton thali, only one variety of mutton is served and that too with bones. There is no digestive, curd or butter milk etc. or even a sweet dish included. Only unlimited supplies were the two rasams which were oil mixed in water and were completely tasteless. Rice served was again full of oil.
Ambience was average. Hygiene was poor
It is not worth a visit.

One of the most reputed restaurant in Kolhapur, but with time has lost its charm. Was utterly disappointed with cleanliness and maintainance. Service was lethargic. Quality of dosa was not bad. Needs improvement in a lot of departments to catch up with the competition.

Old style place, like Peep in history. Basic Seating, traditional styles thali with choice of fish. Awesome, good quality, simple & straight flavored food. No experiments done & seems it's being cooked the same way since it's start.
Food lovers must visit to experience the flavours.

We visited this restaurant for dinner. Being a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost full which was reassuring. The steward was very helpful in suggesting the dishes to order. He also ensured that we did not over order, though we could not finish the generous servings. We ordered Kadhai mutton chops and they were delicious. The service was quick and the rates reasonable.
