Reviewed By jakenacWe stayed at Cristal Palace Hotel for three nights during march 2022. Four people, two rooms. Nice big hotel rooms, friendly staff, spa and relax was perfect after a day with skiing. Breakfast very good (due to covid it was not possible with self-serving which was a minus). Otherwise, hotel has a really good location and it only takes a couple of minutes walking to the nearest cabin lift. Recommend this hotel!

Reviewed By zvalimWe care a lot about quality of sleep and this hotel delivers on that. The mattresses are very good, and so are the pillows. The room is kept warm at a pleasant temperature. The environment was Very quiet when we were there (no DJs / bars / yells) and everything was calm. Water pressure in shower is great and there is plenty warm water. Apart from this: room was clean, service efficient, pool large enough and kept at very good temperature (on the warm side), and very good location. One small downside was the strong blinking sensor (green/red light) which was very noticeable at night, but perhaps can't be avoided. We will return if possible

The staff were generally really helpful and friendly - especially Marco in the bar, nothing was ever too much trouble and always extremely friendly and helpful and always wearing a big smile - thank you Marco you are a huge asset to Residence!! Also young Nicola was superb in the restaurant, again always wearing a big smile and always happy to help - Thank you Nicole you have bright future ahead of you! And Eleanor on reception too went out of her way to help us, especially with getting our pre-departure covid tests booked - Thanks again Eleanor! Our room was perfect for skiing (family of 4 all over 16) - newly renovated and as close to the gondolas as we could get. The hotel was very clean and tidy and suited us well. Thanks again all - keep doing your great work!

Extremely clean with easy access parking, The morning breakfast is offered in open well lit area with abundance of great selection of food presented in individual containers that serves well in our current pandemic situation. We were extremely impressed by the staff on how friendly and welcoming they were. So much so, that we will return in the future.

Great week in Madonna
Reviewed By JVS1102Very good hotel at great location in Madonna. You get into the slope just outside the hotel and a very serviceoriented skirental is located 50 meters from the hotel. Rooms were clean and we had a fantastic view over the village and mountains. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner was really good. We will come back.

Reviewed By Doctor_MGWHWe go to the Campiglio ski resort each year and this is the second time we have stayed here, because we love the and the flexibility offered by ski-in / ski-out as it means more time on the slopes, no fighting to get parked and no long trudges up the mountain each day. They also have a ski shop in the basement which means you can get any rentals you might need without leaving the hotel. The quality of accommodation and friendliness of staff remained very high, just as we remembered, but one thing that has improved head and shoulders beyond the last time is the quality of the food. I’ve stayed in several hotels in the area and the food is typically OK. That’s all. It usually doesn’t matter because you’re active all day and just want to eat. But not here – we found ourselves getting really excited about the menu for that day. The selection was amazing, really high quality and absolutely delicious, and the staff loved helping us to understand what was on the menu, even when struggling with the language barrier. There is no doubt that this is an extremely challenging time for hotels, but that never came across and all staff were brilliant. In particular I would like to call out Andrea on the front desk who very patiently helped us arrange return Covid tests and several other issues that were well beyond his remit, and Giovanni in the bar who took the time to prepare several wonderful masterpiece cocktails and present them to us each time like a formal unveiling! We’ll definitely be back next year!

A excellent hotel
Reviewed By omeara352I cannot speak to highly of this hotel. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We were driven in the hotels minibus to and from the slopes each morning. We never needed to wait for this service. The hotel was spotless and the rooms serviced everyday. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor jacuzzi which had to be booked due to covid. We used these facilities at four o’clock when it was not busy and three of us had it to ourselves. Food was excellent. We ordered our breakfast items in advance except for cooked breakfast that you ordered each morning. At breakfast we ordered our evening meal choices. Choices were varied and all meals were beautifully presented. We certainly did not go hungry. Cakes, fresh fruit salad and strudel were available from 4-5pm. We had a family room which was spacious and had a corner seating area and jacuzzi bath. There was plenty of storage space. We absolutely loved this hotel and if we return to this area would certainly be rebooking. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Wonderfull stay
Reviewed By djoka jHotel is perfectly located at the main street leading to Madonna di Campiglio and also just across the street of one of the lifts which makes it almost idealy ski in/out. One thing that can make this difficult is if the ski school lift is not working, than you have to walk uphill with the complete gear?. Staff is very helpfull and friendly allthough their english could be improved. Food is delicious, breakfast is plentifull and available until 10.45 which is perfect for “lazy jacks” as we are. Room we stayed in was at the top of the hotel with beautifull mountains view with large terrace where we enjoyed our “apres ski”. Room service is excellent, sheets are changed every day, towels and toiletry as well. WIFI is also available in rooms, from time to time you have to re-log in but what the hell. There is a garage available for guests and also large parking space in front of the hotel, all free of charge. All in all perfect stay and the best ski experience ever! Thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work

Wonderful Ski Anniversary Trip
Reviewed By mzajkoMy wife and I spent our one year anniversary at the Chalet and were swept away by the magical experience energetic Eddie has created for his guests. The Chalet is situated about 10 minutes from town secluded on the hillside with an epic view of the soaring mountains. There is no better view to rise each day to. Breakfast and dinner provided by the resident chef are not to be missed with local ingredients sourced to create a gastronomical delight. The spa is a secret spa downstairs is a hidden gem, make sure to relax after a long day skiing the beautiful dolomites!
