I know that rating an Italian restaurant abroad for an Italian guy it's very difficult but...Torino has no sea so please do not fill ravioli or agnolotti (that are from Bologna anyway) with seafood with seafood sauce. Service and cleanliness good as (almost) everywhere in Chile but this is not Italian cousine.

My favourite place in Rancagua. Located in the centre of town, Bacco offers a wide selection of sushi as well as few other kinds of food. Sushi and drinks are well presented and always fresh and tasty. They often have bands or DJ playing in the outdoor Terrace.
Great place to have a meal or to meet with friends.

I rarely give a "terrible" rating to a place (you can see my review record on Trip Advisor), but this place earned it. I was here with a group of 14 friends for lunch as part of a tour. The day after we ate there, 8 out of the 14 were sick, inlcuding one young boy who had to be taken to the hospital (and it turned out he had salmonella in his system). We contacted the manager of the establishment to alert him, and he not only dismissed our claim but also said we had to submit "real proof" that people had gotten sick. When test results and doctor bills were sent, he refused to take responsibility and said people had gotten sick somewhere else (really? What are the odds?). Therefore I am adding this review because I don't think customers deserve such a treatment especially if management is approached in good faith. I know I will not come back, but also want to caution other visitors about the health risk of this place (and poor customer service...)

Maybe it was just a bad day. We were looking for a place to eat and stopped because the number of cars in the parking lot indicated lots of patrons.
The waiter was nice but forget several items. The egg rolls were mediocre. But the big disappointment was the sweet and sour chicken, battered fried chicken with pineapple in a tamarind sweet and sour sauce. The batter did not adhere to the chicken, so it just fell off in clumps, leaving bland chicken pieces in a sweet sauce.
Obviously it's a popular restaurant, but it came up lacking that day.

Clean modern venue with touch of old European decor. Fancy pastry , sandwiches, salads, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Adequate and prompt service. Nice residential neighborhood close to 2 main avenues. Safe off street in premises parking.

Siempre he dicho que la pizza es como el sexo, "Cuando es bueno, es bueno!! y cuando es malo... también es bueno". Pero este no es el caso.
La pizza estaba horrible, la masa parecía un trapo, como un panqueque desabrido, los ingredientes de mala calidad, el chorizo muy malo, las aceitunas desabridas, el queso estaba horrible, las tiramos a la basura.

Realmente fui esperanzada a este restaurante pensando que al fin podría degustar esta comida q tanto me gusta, pero la decepción fue total! Al menos la lasaña está buena. Pero uno no va a un lugar llamado abu dhabi a comer italiano. En cuanto a la atención nada q decir, muy atentos. La decoración es sencilla y el lugar es cómodo.

Pedí ceviche y sushi a domicilio, el servicio demoró alrededor de 1 hora en llegar, pero finalmente llegó sin problemas. El sushi es rico, pero no sobresale. En cuanto al ceviche, pedí uno de salmón, generalmente cuando salgo a comer siempre pido ceviche, he probado varios en diferentes lugares, volviendo al ceviche, este no era bueno, no tenía un buen sabor, además el salmón no se encontraba bien cortado, tenía trozos muy irregulares, algunos muy grandes, lo que no era rico comer, era como si los hubiesen cortado con las manos, falta mejorar en cuanto al sabor y la presentación del ceviche.
