Though it wasn't a very big cafe, I did enough having an unforgettable date time back in Oct 2013 with Sveta~)) We ordered not only cognac and margarita, but also something delicious, like a bowl of chicken borshch. After that date though, I never managed to see her again and the city went under attack too...sad(

Pirasmani is a Georgian restaurant located in the downtown of Lugansk. As soon as you enter you can see a very elegant, refined and uncommon place with a little dark (because lights are pretty low) but warm atmosphere. Staff of restaurant is very kind and ready to satisfy requests of customers. We ordered 2 dishes of meat with vegetables, wine water and cakes. Quality of food is high, bread included. Also toilet is very clean. If you want to spend a very good evening in a romantic and elegant place with wife or girlfriend, it is the perfect place.Well, price is surely high for being in Ukraine, but also quality of food and service is much more higher thanUkrainian standard: expect to spend 250 grivna per person, but I think it worth. Highly recommended.

I spent three weeks in Luhansk. Silver is one of the best restaurants in downtown Luhansk for a reasonable price. Visitors would probably benefit from knowing about it.

Agree with other description ! - Not all speak English,but menu in E.& pictures works fine!All meals excellent..and drinks(try the Ukrainian white wine!-VERY sweet!,but tasty).Friendly staff. P.s. patio toilet is "pedal"/foot/squatting - upstairs Indore is "real" sit-down. Went there 1-2 times a day for 7 days! :-) Buy for more than 1000 Hryvnia(Grynia) and ask for a discount card(10%) !!Upstairs has big TV showing interesting nature videos !-Smokers welcome!!--Also tried Chinese house(?!)between "Silver" and "Parliament" on the big street(?!)- nice Sushi(plastic interior)...and others,all good quality!

This is quite comfy, secluded cafe with english speaking service. Food is prepared quickly and overall hygiene IMO is pretty decent. Everything is prepared very quickly. Only shortcoming is pricing, taking into consideration current economic situation in Luhansk. Wine card is not very rich.

Remembered having one of the best bbq shashlik places ever while in Ukraine, this place offered beer with every shashlik skewer you order back in Sep 2012. We ate so many shashlik, big ones too, that by the end of the supper, I felt my stomach going circles) Very funny back then. Now though, it's probably gone(((((

This cafe is located underground, and is very clean and well maintained. It is popular for younger people and students. The food is a mixture of dishes ranging from blinok to ciabatta sandwiches, Soups to noodle dishes. A wide range of desserts are also available. Free wifi and quick service makes this place excellent for a quick meal. Prices are very affordable .
