I visited the Monopol on a recent business trip with a large group for dinner. I found the location very scenic with a outdoor dining balcony on those good weather evenings. The contemporary decor was very nice as well. Although enjoyable, I did find the food a little disappointing. My salad, unlike the guest next to me, was mostly onions and the portion of my entree was much smaller then an adjacent guest. Quality control seemed lacking. The food was adequate, but nothing particularly special in terms of flavor. I did notice some outstanding looking desserts, although I did not try any.As an option in Hameln, I would go back, but only because the choices in this quaint little village are limited.

While staying with friends on holiday they took us for a meal. Lovely choice of food, served quickly. They also had amazing cakes!!the views over the valley and countryside were stunning. A play area is provided and they seem children friendly. they have some goats as well in a pen. Plenty of outdoor seating as well as indoors. They were very busy but we were looked after really well.

Das Restaurant "Euphrat" punktet nicht nur mit seiner leckeren orientalisch-mediterranen Küche, sondern auch sehr sympathischen Besitzern.Die Salatbar ist vielfältig und lecker, die Pizza unglaublich schmackhaft und der Döner einfach nur super.Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr angemessen und das Ambiente angenehm und hebt sich in Sachen Gemütlichkeit von vielen Locations in Springe ab.Eigentlich müsste ich noch viel häufiger herkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Super leckeres mit allem Drum und Dran Frühstück. Mit REGIONALEN und frischen Produkten. Für besondere Anlässe im kleineren Kreise wärmstens zu empfehlen. Allerdings ist eine Reservierung vonnöten. Volle Punktzahl. Mehr Frühstück geht nicht.
