An excellent hotel in Lipetsk
Reviewed By Rafael PAfter having searched a while, a friendly member of staff talked us in over the phone and we were welcomed warmly ... the room I got is quiet, large, cosy and well equipped ... clean bathroom, nice terrace, good double bed ... the airco unit is a bit loud but does the job, even with 35°C outside temperature ... only real drawback : a lot of steep steps to go between building and to the parking ... you need to consider this if you are of reduced mobility ... otherwise, everything excellent !!! I'll be back !!!

Reviewed By Wish777Останавливался в данном отеле на одну ночь. Единственный плюс - это близость к жд вокзалу. А теперь о минусах: первый и существенный - это прокуренный номер, тк номер с балконом, где разрешено курить. Дешёвое постельное бельё, скрипучий и неудобный матрас. Отсутствие фена и холодильника в номере. Сам номер маленький. Ну и тапочки... Многоразовые... Владельцы отеля, обратите на это внимание, многоразовые резиновые тапки - это трэш... Пусть даже вы в них кладёте бумажку с надписью "продезинфицировано"... Неужели вам трудно закупить одноразовые тапочеки, которые стоят копейки?!!

Уютный мини-отель!
Reviewed By anyamakarenkoОчень уютный мини-отель расположенный в пяти минутах ходьбы от центра города.Останавливалась в люкче за 3500. номер хороший, чистый, очень просторный. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. Wi-Fi работает без перебоев, с хорошей скоростью. завтраки оплачиваются отдельно - 200руб. Один раз посетила, могу сказать что все было приготовлено очень вкусно.
