Met een aantal vrienden samen gegeten. Het eten was tot in de puntjes goed verzorgd. Heerlijk smaken met verse producten. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en goede service. Zeker een aanrader en ik zou zeggen, Belaef 't zelf!

In de latere avond een bezoek gebracht aan het terras om een hapje te eten.En we hebben er achteraf geen spijt van gehad. Ikzelf had kalfslever met uien en spek besteld. Veel uien, maar weinig spek. De lever zelf was super mals.Mijn partner had een pasta gekozen. Wij vonden dat hier wat te veel tomatensaus in was verwerkt. Smaak was goed.Minpuntje: er wordt niet met een kassa gewerkt. Wat je hebt genuttigd wordt in een schrift achter de bar opgeschreven. Het totaalbedrag klopte wel, maar je krijgt dus geen kassabon. Want die is er gewoon niet.Overigens een leuke, vlotte bediening. De kledingkeuze van de vrouw riep wel wat vraagtekens op.

We arrived on late, 9:15pm (my god a bit too early for any standard found around the world) but the manager (I suppose) was so gentle to let us ordering and sit. The kitchen closes at 9:30. We all took ribeye steak but it was not of very good quality, lots of nerves and too small. Dessert was good, in reality it was two desserts in one

Had a wonderful dinner here with my colleagues! A new, promising place in Roermond! Everything they served was fresh with beautiful and interesting flavours. Each course not only had an amazing taste but also beautiful presentation. A lot of tastes reminded me of my home country which made it even better!The interior of the place is minimalistic, mostly concentrated around wood, which added a very nice fresh and warm atmosphere to the whole dining experience. The staff was very friendly and informed us about every course we had.The prices naturally are a bit higher than average but for this kind of quality I would say the price is fair!Definitely a must go! Will come again!P.s. best bread ever!!! :D

The perfect place to spend a nice evening with friends or your partner. You can eat very particular food, with good wines. The menu often changes, so you can try different food. It is not a tipical dutch menu, but very refined food. The Staff is amazing, they entertain with you, they create a familiar atmosphere, and are very nice!! Price: 40-50⬠per person, but it is absolutely worth it!! We will cane back again. A great place for an excellent dinner! This restaurant is rather hidden and hard to detect but it's worth the go. The food was excellent! Loved all the three dishes. Started with a delicious Carpaccio, a must try Toff-stew, mouthwaterig..the meet was done to perfection and services with side vegetables and fries. For the dessert I chose The White lady which was a perf3ft end to this meal. The food is why I give this place 5 starts. Other than that the place isn't that big so when the restaurant is full,which was in our case, it becomes very noisy. We were seated close to the door so the cold wind would come in sometimes, for me personally it wasn't such a big issue but for others it wasn't that pleasant.I liked this place a lot. They do have english menu wich was a nice suprise.As other reviewers have said it's a bit old fashioned but the food is simply fantastic. Big,Big compliments to the chef!Would love to come again!Be sure to reserve a table! Place is popular!

Restaurant One never stops surprising. Having dinner there every year, we are still very happy customers. It's worth the trip to Roermond. We had the full menu this time. Beautiful amuses, sea bass ceviche (what a killer!), cod, veal and more. Dishes look beautiful and taste great. Great eye for detail. Word cannot describe the experience. Nice selection of wine (and they are pour generously). Informal, very friendly staff. Nice ambience in old industrial building. Only a smalle 'mistake': why no asparagus the menu? The regional gold... and, just in season.Well thanks for taking your time, we as a team really appreciate it. We love to hear from our guest everytime they dine with us, if there is anything else we can do, just let us know and we be on top of it, again. See you soon at ONE!

A friendly staff member took our orders soon after our arrival. We got some bread and drinks, but it took about one hour for our starters to arrive. The friendly staff explained that it was quite busy, but most of the guests had drinks only on the nice terrace. The starter (shrimp in garlic) was delicious. Finally after one and a half hour the main course arrived. I had the lamb filet, which should have been in honey sauce. But sadly it was engulfed in pepper, which I absolutely distaste. Friendly staff tried to help by having the kitchen remove the sauce, but that didn't change the pepper. Sadly, I gave up. The restaurant has a beautiful location in the woods, with a nice terrace near a stream, and is a good spot for a drink or snack after a nature walk.
