Ho deciso di cenare in questo locale ,perché è proprio accanto all hotel dove alloggiavo. Per stanchezza sono entrata e...ho trovato un bell ambiente familiare con due signori di una certa età che stavano, lui in cucina e la signora in sala....ho preso un misto salumi e dei tonnarelli ai funghi porcini...tutto veramente buono....ottima scelta!!!

I was put off by the idea of "carpaccio di vitello," sliced raw veal filet. Butchers and restaurateurs usually donât recommend it in tartare because of the color, blunt taste, or other reasons. But, I decided to try it here and it was not bad, especially since it was served with rocket salad, grana cheese, and lemon flavored olive oil which all helped remove any blunt or tart tastes.You should definitely order spelt and octopus salad with it, but ask them to go easy on the dressing or it will ruin the different flavors of the various dishes. If those ideas don't appeal to you, try their ravioli di Borragine in a meat stew, or their pansotti (a triangular pasta, larger than ravioli) stuffed with curry and shrimp.

With a one night stay in Savona Port before our honeymoon cruise, we wanted a good evening meal. This restaurant did not disappoint. I eat seafood but not meat, and I had an excellent choice. Some of the food is from a buffet, whilst some courses are ordered and cooked for you. One word of warning for vegetarians/pescatarians: One waiter kept coming around and carving meat for customers. According to my wife, it was lovely) but I had to refuse it very quickly, more than once as the chef was quite enthusiastic and it would have ended-up on my plate in the blink of an eye! I would certainly return, as the food was great and the staff were friendly. It was also reasonably-priced.

*Good service*Nice atmosphere*Delicious food*Reasonable pricesClean and inviting. We arrived at their 7 PM opening and were seated at the linen clothed table of our choice. Other diners arrived in a steady stream and we were served competently by a lady who spoke good English, helping us to understand Da Enzo's menu of seafood, pasta, and pizza.My partner and I shared a pizza and it was amongst the best I've ever had. The pepperoni was scarce and tasty and the crust was thin in the centre, a bit puffy at the edges and tasted delightful. My partner was expecting a spicier pizza based on our limited understanding of the beautiful Italian language. I plan to learn it better; it's so elegant.A small 250 ml wine carafe, fuchsia, salads, and pizza 20 Euro, including automatic service charge. Great value.

We thought that this was a delightful place in which to have a drink whilst spending a day in Savona. Obviously the drink was fine, but it is set in a terrific spot overlooking a small harbour for yachts and, to be honest, we could probably have spent a whole day just sitting there. So, cheers, Fronte del Porto!GRAZIE , E COME SI DICE DALLE NOSTRE PARTI ....TORNA A TROVARCI ...Gli inglesi che fanno una recensione del genere al nostro locale è come dire che Paolo Rossi mi invita alla partita di calcetto perché pensa di vincere con me in squadra..... insomma .... che dire .... unica pecca i pallini che sono pochi...ma la recensione è decisamente positiva e quindi ....GRAZIE DA STEFANO E STAFF FRONTE DEL PORTO
